Date: Wed, 3 Jun 2020 04:05:49 +0000 (UTC) From: Charles Overbey Subject: Doctor Anderson's Zoo The building looks regular enough. I check my phone one more time to make sure that this is the right place. "13837 Freelawn Street. This is it." I say to myself. I guess I was expecting a building that looked more...sciency. Maybe something with big glass domes or some sort of astronomy tower with a giant telescope jutting out and pointing skyward. However, thinking on it for a minute, I realized how ridiculous that would be in practice, and I hurried into the building with my head down, a little embarrassed at my own naivete. The building's lobby had a standard modern look and feel to it. Lots of neutral colors, black leather angular furniture, white marble flooring, a faint smell of lemon-scented cleaner and the distinct sound of typing coming from the reception desk at the center of the lobby. Mentally bracing myself, I head up to the desk and wait for the receptionist to finish typing and acknowledge my presence. The receptionist continues to type for another minute or two, and I think to myself that if I were my father or one of my brothers, I would've said something by now, but I've always been the meek one in the family—too shy or afraid of conflict to stand up for myself and strive for what I really want. I suppose that's how I ended up in this situation to begin with. "Sorry for the wait, Sir. How can I help you?" The receptionist looks up at me from his computer. He looks to be in his early thirties, neatly dressed in a dark blue button-down shirt, solid black dress pants and a striped blue tie. He doesn't appear to be either skinny or fat—a very average build. "Uh, yeah. My name is Dustin Welker. I'm here to see Doctor Anderson for the clinical trial?" I say this as if it is a question. Unexpectedly, the receptionist stands up, grabs a nearby clipboard, and looks over my body from top to bottom, seeming to study me for some reason. "Uhhhh..." I start to stammer before the receptionist interrupts me. "My apologies, Sir. Doctor Anderson gave me specific instructions to only allow men who meet specific parameters into the clinical trial. I needed to make sure that you do, indeed, meet these parameters as you've indicated in your application before allowing you to continue. As such, I need you to verify some personal information and take some quick measurements. Ready?" My nerves are starting to run wild. I know they shouldn't be—I answered all the questions on the application honestly, but I always hate answering questions about myself, especially when asked by a stranger. I also wonder if all of this information is really necessary to participate in this clinical trial. Based on the ad I read online, it didn't sound all that risky. However, I've never participated in one of these before, and I figure that organizations like this need to cover their asses in case anything goes wrong during the trials, so it's probably best just to go along with this. "Yes," I exhale. "Alright. Please remove your shoes and step on the scale over here." the receptionist points behind his desk to one of those scale/measurement combinations that you see in doctor's offices. Tentatively, I take my shoes off and step onto the scale. The receptionist raises the measuring stick and places it at the tip of my head. "Let's see...six feet and one inch." He removes the measuring stick and writes down the information on his clipboard. He then plays around with the weight on the scale until it stops wavering and balances out. "And 286 pounds. Alright, you can step off the scale and put your shoes back on." The receptionist continues to write down information. I do as I'm told, and my face is slightly red after the receptionist read my weight out loud—my weight has always been somewhat of a sore spot for me, especially when I compare myself to my naturally athletic and toned brothers. "Your age?" The receptionist either didn't notice the shame in my face or didn't care, and continued with his questions. "Thirty." I say matter-of-factly. "Is there any history of medical problems in your family that the doctor should be aware of?" This is one area of my life where I'm actually pretty lucky. Despite my weight problems, there are no major health problems that run in my family. It's one of the few things I take solace in. "No." I answer. The receptionist continues to write for quite a bit of time, looking up at me every so often, ostensibly to study something else that's on his questionnaire. Meanwhile I just stand there, trying to look occupied even though I'm clearly not, as if there's something wrong with having a moment of free time. I try not to meet the receptionist's stare whenever he looks at me—I always feel awkward looking into someone else's eyes. Finally, the receptionist finishes writing, takes the questionnaire off of his clipboard, and places it in a scanner. He puts a code into the scanner, and I watch as the light slides across the questionnaire, sending my personal information to some unknown party. "Thank you for your patience, Mr. Welker. I've just sent your information to Doctor Anderson. He will see you shortly," the receptionist says as he retakes his seat behind the desk and continues typing. "Feel free to have a seat until he's ready for you." "Does that mean that I'm good for the trial?" I ask nervously, still worried about my weight. "Yes Mr. Welker—in fact, you fit what Doctor Anderson is looking for almost to the letter," the receptionist replies, still not looking up from his computer. "Oh, then, thank you!" I reply. It was a nice little ego-boost hearing that. Taking the receptionist's advice, I sit down on the black leather sofa and pull out my phone for a few minutes until I hear a deep voice ringing through the lobby. "Marcus, will you please send Mr. Welker up to my office? Thank you." I look around to see where the loudspeaker is that the voice came from, but I can't find it. Still occupied with his typing, Marcus the receptionist says to me, "Doctor Anderson is ready to see you now. Take the elevator on the far end of the room up to the 4th floor, and Doctor Anderson's office will be the last room on your left once you get out." I stand up, nod at Marcus, and I begin to head to the other side of the room. "Wait, Mr. Welker. There is one more thing," I hear Marcus from behind me. Confused, I turn around. "Doctor Anderson is working with cutting-edge technology and pharmaceuticals in his lab, and he is very anxious about this information getting out and in the hands of his competitors. Because of this, he has me hold all client's cell phones here at the desk until after he's met with them. Please hand me your phone," Marcus holds out his hand expectantly. This was unexpected. I don't like letting other people have access to my phone. However, I really need the money they're offering for this trial, and the expected results are also a bonus, so I reluctantly place my phone in Marcus's hand, and watch as he puts it in a drawer near his feet. I waver for a few moments, and Marcus says, "don't worry, your phone will be fine. Now hurry, Doctor Anderson is waiting." Turning my back on Marcus, I follow his instructions and head to the elevator, take it to the fourth floor, make a left, and open the door at the end of the hallway. Oddly, there is no waiting room once I walk in. It just looks like a typical doctor's office examination room, with some health and wellness posters pinned to the wall, a sterile-looking counter and sink with plain white cabinets above and below, and a brown examination table with thin paper covering it in the center of the room. Sitting in a rolling office chair near the sink is a man who I assume to be doctor Anderson. He is looking at a laptop on the counter when I walk in. "Mr. Welker? Pleased to meet you! I'm Doctor Anderson." He holds out his right hand, and I accept it with my own. We shake, and then he has me sit on the examination table. Dr. Anderson looks to be in his early forties. He is about my own height, and has a fairly average build. His face is clean-shaven, and he has neatly trimmed dark brown hair. He smiles when he talks, and he has piercing hazel eyes that seem to look deep inside you when he talks to you. He's dressed like any doctor would be—a large white lab coat, underneath which is a light green button-down shirt and light purple tie, as well as some dressy khakis and black dress shoes. "So, you're interested in the clinical trial, huh?" He asks, smirking. "If you don't mind my asking, what is it about the trial that interests you?" Would it be too up front to say "money" from the get-go? I figure I should probably lead with something else so I don't sound like a greedy bum. "Well, I was very curious to see if these muscle stimulants will really increase my muscle mass without exercise, Doctor. I've tried working out many times before, but it just doesn't seem to give me any results." This is a lie. I've never really worked out in earnest, and anytime I've tried I've almost immediately given up. But I don't want the doctor to know this, "Also, I...could really use the money you're offering, Doctor." I say, looking down at my feet. "Hey, there's no shame in that, Mr. Welker. Most of the participants initially came here for the money, but, from what I've noticed, they actually find the results much more rewarding." Doctor Anderson says as he puts his hand on my shoulder to comfort me. I appreciate the care and attention he's giving me, and let out a small smile. "Are you ready to begin?" I take a deep breath. "Yeah." "Alright, good. First thing, Mr. Welker, is that I need you to disrobe. It need to check for any involuntary muscle spasms after I inject you with the treatment, and I need to see your whole body in order to do so." Doctor Anderson explained. His reasoning made sense, so I complied with his request, even though I was a little embarrassed. "Quite the hairy body you have, Mr. Welker." Doctor Anderson said, glancing at me while working on his laptop. It's true—I do have more body hair than most. It runs in my family. I've always taken it as a point of pride, to be honest. "Okay, please lie down on the table, and do your best to relax. Once I administer the injection, the effects should show themselves rather quickly." Again, I comply with Doctor Anderson's request, and lie with my back down on the examination table. I see Doctor Anderson approaching with a syringe containing a brownish-colored liquid. "Here we go," he says as he injects the needle into my upper left arm. After a few seconds, my entire body feels incredibly good. Not necessarily stronger, like I imagined larger muscles would feel, but just an overarching sense of ease and contentment. "How do you feel?" Doctor Anderson asks as he closes his laptop and stands above me. "Very good, Doctor—like I don't have any problems at all." I reply honestly and openly. "Good, then the first part of the serum has taken effect. Stand up and follow me. We have to hurry." Doctor Anderson says this as he walks to one of the corners of his office, and pulls a handle which had been camouflaged into the wall itself. A hidden door opens, leading into a dark room. I notice all of this happening, and in the back of my mind I realize that it's strange and that I should question it, but right now all I feel is an all-consuming need to obey Doctor Anderson's orders. I immediately follow him through the hidden door, not even stopping to grab my clothes from the counter because Doctor Anderson hadn't specifically told me to grab them. Doctor Anderson then closes the hidden door behind us and flips a light switch, revealing the contents of the room. If not for my current carefree mood, I'd be shocked by what I see. The room is very large—large enough to occupy an entire half of the building we're in. The room is filled with neat rows of large steel cages. The cages look to be about ten feet by ten feet, if I had to guess. Based on what I can see, there looks to be at least 12 such cages in the room, and all but three are empty. "Follow me," Doctor Anderson orders, and I feel compelled to obey his command. As we walk towards the back of the room, I get a better glimpse of what's inside the occupied cages. The first one I pass contains a rather large bear—probably a grizzly bear, I guess, sleeping peacefully on the cage floor. The next one I pass contains a bison, also large and somewhat intimidating. Unlike the bear, the bison isn't sleeping, and, conversely, seems quite agitated. In fact, it charges the cage bars as soon as Doctor Anderson passes. Doctor Anderson stops for a moment and looks at the bison, smirks, and then continues walking forward. The last cage we pass, however, contains something that would be truly frightening if not for my forced complacency. Inside the cage is...some sort of unnatural conjoining of a man and a lion. He still has the face of a man, although his ears were covered with golden fur and triangular. His face kept contorting, like he was experiencing every emotion simultaneously, and from his howls I could tell he was in great pain. His legs were still a man's legs, but his arms were those of a lion, with massive paws and padded feet, covered in golden fur similar to his ears. His hair was changing from black into a dark orange, and more dark orange hair was springing up and running down his back. I couldn't believe my eyes—he was becoming more and more lion right in front of me. Doctor Anderson stopped as the man/lion called out to him. "You...bastard! What...did...you...do...to...me!?" It was very hard to make out what he was shouting, as much of it came out as growls. "Only what you wanted, Mr. Alden. You'll have the muscles you wanted in no time, and all that stubborn fat will finally be gone. I'd say that's pretty generous of me, no?" And Doctor Anderson smirked again. I could see the anger flash through the man/lion's eyes for an instant, but all he did was fall to the ground and scream in pain as his transformation continued. Even after seeing all of this, I still followed Doctor Anderson. Why was I still following him? This is insane! "I was worried the first time I did this. I didn't know if the subject would be able to endure the pain, or even if I'd end up with a complete animal afterwards, or some monstrous chimera that I'd have to put down. Luckily, my calculations were spot on, and I created the first of many magnificent specimens." I assume that Doctor Anderson is talking to me. He's not looking at me, and I'm not entirely sure why he's even saying this. But there's no one else around, and I have no choice but to listen. "Let's see here," Doctor Anderson looked down at his watch, "the first phase of the serum will be wearing off in the next couple minutes, so I'm going to need you to step into here please, Mr. Welker," he said, indicating an empty cage closest to the man/lion. In my mind, I tried with all my might to resist the instruction, but it was as if my legs had a mind of their own, and before I knew it, I was inside the cage, and Doctor Anderson was locking it behind me. "Okay, Mr. Welker, now's the time when I leave you. I'd stay, but, from my experiences, the next hour or so will be nothing but you hurling insults and curses at me as your transformation progresses. I'll be back to check on you as your transformation nears its final stage." Doctor Anderson turned to leave, but looked back at me as he was nearing the door. "For what it's worth, I do apologize for the pain. I wish there was a way to do this without it." And with that, he turned off the lights in the room, went through the hidden door, and closed it behind him, leaving me in darkness. Okay, so, now what do I do? I know I need to get out of here, but I don't want to disobey Doctor Anderson. Doctor Anderson...Doctor Anderson...he's...he's mad! He's insane! How did I let him get me in here? I've got to get out! I run to the cage door, but it's locked tight. In the darkness, I search the rest of the cage for any signs of weakness, but it's expertly built. All of the bars are welded together, and made of durable, high quality steel. I try banging on the bars, but they don't budge an inch, and the sound resonates throughout the room. In the next cage over, all human sounds have ceased—my neighbor must now be a complete lion, and all I hear from him are growls. I hear nothing from the bear and bison. They must both be asleep now. Doctor Anderson called the lion "Mr. Alden," I wonder who the bear and bison are? Suddenly, an intense pain starts shoot through my arms and legs. "AAAAAARGH!" I scream, as it feels as if the bones in my arms and legs are growing, thickening, lengthening—it feels as if my bones will pop out of my skin! It's too dark, I can't see what's happening. I reach for my left arm to try and feel what's going on underneath my skin, but what I feel instead is a thick mat of hair—much more hair than I had previously. I move my hand up and down my arm, and realize that it's entirely coated in this thick coat of hair. "It's already happening!" I think as I start to panic. What's going to happen to me? Will I ever see my family and friends again? I need help! I need to stop this from happening! If I can just get back to Doctor Anderson, I can have him reverse this. There must be a cure. I lift my arms and strike the cage bars again. This time, I feel them move a bit—I realize that whatever's happening to me must be making me stronger. The noise causes the other "specimens" to wake up, and I start hearing growls, grunts, and more banging on cage bars. I keep banging on the cage bars, but, even with my newfound strength, I realize that it's nowhere near enough to break through the enclosure. I sit for a minute, and try to think of another way out. "Maybe I'll have better luck with the cage door. At least that won't be welded together." I reason. I start to walk over to the cage door, but I trip over my feet. It doesn't feel natural at all to walk on two feet anymore. The realization is horrifying. I feel my arms and legs again to try to figure out what I'm turning into. My legs and arms have indeed become much more muscular, and, to my surprise, it still feels like I have fingers and toes, although they seem longer now. "So I'm not a hooved or clawed animal, at least. What am I becoming?" Another intense burst of pain leaves me writhing on the ground, rolling around trying to find something, anything for relief, but there is none. There is only the pain and the realization that the more time that passes, the more animal I'm becoming. I start jumping around the cage in fury and despair. I notice that I'm jumping much further than I ever could before, and I have an increased amount and stamina and endurance, even with the pain. To my horror, I now feel my face making strange contortions—the same contortions that I noticed on Mr. Alden earlier, and I know that the end of the transformation can't be too far off at this point. Desperately, I try to call for help, "somebody! Help me! I'm tra-awoo! HOO OO ARRR!!" I can't speak anymore! And, what's more, I don't recognize the sounds I'm making. I've never encountered whatever animal I'm becoming before in my life. I sit down in my cage, slowly letting despair overtake me. The pain is still excruciating, and at this point, I only want it to be over. Suddenly, the lights come on, and I turn to see Doctor Anderson walking through the room with another naked, stocky man following behind him. I hurry over to the cage wall closest to him, and grab the bars with my hands, actually seeing them for the first time. My hands are now very dark—almost completely black, but I can still make out my fingers. My arms are covered in a thick black fur, and, as I look down, I see that my feet are also black and my legs are also covered in thick black fur. However, I can still make out that I have arms and legs, and that, especially when compared to the three other "specimens" I've seen, I don't look so much different from before. As I'm taking this all in, Doctor Anderson stops by my cage. "I'm surprised. Your transformation has gone much more quickly than I expected—you're nearly complete already! I guess that makes sense, though. Gorillas have much more in common with humans than most other animals. There wasn't nearly as much to change." He said to me with his characteristic smirk. Gorilla? Gorilla! I'm turning into a gorilla! I stare at Doctor Anderson with complete contempt, and try to let out a torrent of obscenities that would make a nun turn over in her grave, but all that comes out are grunts and hoots. I try to pull the cage bars apart, but they don't budge. Instinctively, I crawl over to the cage door, curling up my hands so that I'm walking on my knuckles as well as my legs, and try to bang on it to break it open, but to no avail. "Don't worry, Mr. Welker. Soon, you won't even want to escape. Your only desire will be to live out the rest of your life as a gorilla. Now, I'm not completely ruthless—I'm not going to remove all of your memories or thoughts or anything like that—but I will give you a bit of a relaxation aid to help you acclimate better with your new animal brethren. Before long, you'll see that your life is so much better in my personal zoo on my private island. Until then, it's best for you to sleep. The transformation takes a lot out of you, and your body will need time to heal after the ordeal. Now, please excuse me while I show Mr. Montgomery," Indicating the entranced man behind him, "to his cage." Almost if on cue, I suddenly become very groggy, and am barely able to keep my eyes open. I curl up into a ball in the middle of the cage, and quickly fall fast asleep. I wake up as I feel movement. I open my eyes and see that I'm outside. It's dark, so it must be night, I reason. Looking around, I see that I'm in a line of cages in what appears to be a wide, flat, open area. There are some lights shining down on our area, but, beyond these lights, we're surrounded by darkness. I look and notice that all twelve of the cages are now filled with all sorts of different animals, including a wolf, a warthog, a moose, a camel, a donkey, a horse, a more that are too far back that I can't make out what's inside. I turn and in front of me are the bear, bison and lion that I saw before, and in front of them is an open cargo plane. "We're on a tarmac." I deduce. "What did Doctor Anderson say before?" I think to myself. "Something about a zoo and an island?" And then it dawned on me: we were going to be taken to Doctor Anderson's private zoo. Some nearby attendants started attaching ropes to the cages. There were two attendants for every cage. I saw two attendants approach my cage and tie ropes to the bars so that they could pull it without having to actually touch the bars—probably because they were worried about me attacking them, I realized. I was about to make one last desperate attempt at escape when I noticed that the attendants pulling my cage were having a conversation, and I decided to listen in. "This Anderson guy sure has a thing for exotic animals, doesn't he?" "Yeah. The guy must be loaded to be able to buy all these animals and put them in his own zoo." "What kind of guy has a private zoo, anyway. Like, why go through the trouble?" "I talked to one of the guys who works on the island before, and he told me that Anderson gets off on it." "...What do you mean?" "I don't know, it's weird. He said that Anderson gets off on caging up and displaying all these animals for his amusement. Like they're his trophies or somethin', ya know? So, he has all these big, strong animals that he's in control of, and supposedly he gets off on that power." "Now that you mention it, we never do put small animals on these planes for him." "Or even females. It's always big boys like this ape back here." "Dude's a freak, if you ask me." "Maybe, but he pays us good money to do this for him and keep quiet. So I don't care what he does with these animals as long as I get paid." "You're right. I doubt he'd go through all the trouble to get them to his island hush-hush if he was just gonna kill `em, though. You can do that for a lot cheaper if you know the right people." "Alright, big guy. Time to strap you in." I was so focused on their conversation that I didn't even notice that we were on the plane. They tied my ropes down to the floor so that, even if I charged against the cage, it would stay in place. Once they tied my cage down, the two attendants made their way off the plane. Before long, the rest of the cages were tied down exactly like mine. The cages were just far enough apart so that the "specimens" wouldn't be able to reach each other. "Thanks so much for all your help, gentlemen. The money's already been wired to your accounts. As always, I appreciate your discretion as well. See you in two years!" I could hear Doctor Anderson's voice just outside the plane. Soon enough, he was walking up the cargo door, which closed behind him as he entered the plane. He walked to the front of the cargo hold, ignoring all of the growls, hoots, hisses and grunts that went his way, and turned to address all of us—his "specimens." "My friends, I want to thank you for volunteering to be a part of my clinical trial. I know I say this every two years, but I do honestly believe that this year's batch is the most impressive I've seen thus far. We'll be on this plane for a while, so I'll give each of you a perfect meal to match your new individual needs. When we land, you'll meet your new families." As he said this, he and Marcus, who had been in the front of the plane, began placing food on plates and, using a stick, pushing them into each of the cages. Doctor Anderson wasn't kidding—each of the meals was specifically for the animal in each cage. The bear received a big plate of venison. The lion received some meat that I assumed must be some sort of antelope or zebra. The bison received a large plate of plains grass, and so on. For my own plate, I received various kinds of fruit and bamboo shoots. Once the meals had been distributed, Doctor Anderson and Marcus made their way to the front of the plane. Doctor Anderson made one more announcement, "Enjoy your meals, my friends! I'll see you soon." And he was gone. Most of us didn't touch our food for a few minutes out of spite. But our hunger from having not eaten for some time and our increased appetites made us all delve into our dishes before long. Within ten minutes, each "specimen's" plate was clean. Immediately, though, I started feeling woozy, and I realized that Doctor Anderson must've put something in the food. As I looked around, I could see everyone else falling asleep, and the same happened to me within a few seconds. The next time I woke, I felt warm sunlight on my fur. I opened my eyes, and realized that I was still in my cage, but I was now facing a steel door. I looked around, and there was no sign of any of the other "specimens," just a couple of men in zookeeper uniforms. I looked up and noticed palm trees, and, in the distance, I could hear the distinct sound of waves crashing onto a shoreline. "This must be the island," I thought to myself. "And this door must lead to the zoo." "So, this is the gorilla formerly known as Dustin Welker," one of the zookeepers said, consulting a clipboard. I turned to him. "Dustin isn't a half-bad name for a gorilla. And he's actually fairly big—not as big as George, Mason or Micah, but at least bigger than the rest. I wonder where he'll fall in the pecking order?" The other zookeeper turned to face me and speak to me directly, "when one of the larger gorillas tries to mount you, do us a favor and don't try to resist. Well, I mean, resist if you want, Doctor Anderson likes when the new ones do that, but don't make it a life-or-death thing, because, even though we try to avoid as much death as possible here, owing to your former life as a human, I am not going to put my life on the line to save what you've become. On the plus side, as my colleague here said, you're pretty big, so if you see another gorilla in there who strikes your fancy, go for it. After all you are an animal now, best start acting like one." I was shocked by what they said. Even though I've become a gorilla, it doesn't mean that I suddenly found gorillas attractive. I'm sure it's the same for the other "specimens" too. I feel my cage being pushed towards the steel door, until it's right up against it, and locked in place with chains. I see the zoo keepers raising the cage door so that the only thing in front of me now is the large steel door. I brace myself for what I'll see on the other side, when I hear one of the zookeepers say, "good morning, Doctor Anderson!" Indeed, I turn to see Doctor Anderson walking through the brush towards us. "Oh, good. I wanted to catch you before you put him in." He says to one of the zookeepers. Then he turns to face me. "Hello, Dustin. I hope things have been going well. At any rate, here we are. In a minute, here, you're going to meet your new family. I know it's scary right now, but trust me when I tell you that this is what you need. You have the strength now that you didn't have before, and the confidence to go along with it. Your new family will test you at first, but make sure you assert your dominance! Don't let them walk all over you. I want to see you stand up for yourself, even if they gang up on you." Doctor Anderson said this last part with a great bit of enthusiasm with a hint of...lust? Now what those attendants were saying on the tarmac made sense. "I know that you're leaving a lot behind in your old life, but just think of it this way: here, you'll never have to worry about a job, food, shelter, or goals—that's all been taken care of for you. So, enjoy it! Sometimes I envy the specimens and their carefree life, but somebody has to take charge and give you the life you deserve, and I shoulder that burden willingly." He said this with clear lust in his voice now. He really was getting off on this. "Okay, gentlemen, on my signal, open the enclosure door." Doctor Anderson said as he climbed a narrow staircase leading up to a small overlook on top of the enclosure wall. I made one last attempt to curse Doctor Anderson, but of course all that came out was gorilla noises. The zookeepers dutifully took their places on either side of the door. "Oh, yes, one more thing about the serum I gave you, Dustin." I look up as he addresses me. "It released your sexual inhibitions. Now, you'll be attracted to anything and everything that you see, and since you'll be surrounded by nothing other than male gorillas, well..." I couldn't believe it. The absolute bastard! "Now!" commanded Doctor Anderson, and the enclosure door flung open. I didn't move though. They couldn't force me to go in there. Doctor Anderson wasted no time. "Jeremy, would you please persuade Dustin to enter the enclosure?" Doctor Anderson said wryly. "Sure thing, boss," the zookeeper to my left said as he grabbed a long, skinny, white rod from a nearby supply closet. I couldn't tell what it was, but I figured it out as soon as Jeremy stuck it onto my backside and I felt a stinging jolt of electricity run through my body. Jeremy held it there until I hurried into the enclosure, with the door swinging shut behind me. "Cattle prod! Always works, huh, Dustin!" I hear Doctor Anderson call from the overlook. I look up at him with complete disdain, but know there's nothing I can do to reach him. Looking around at the enclosure, it actually seems quite nice. There's a lot of lush vegetation, some rocky outcroppings and areas of dirt and mud. I can hear a stream of river not far from where I am, and I suddenly realize how thirsty I am, so I head towards the sound of water. Walking with my knuckles naturally now, I decide to regain my strength with food and water first, and then try to find a way out. Maybe the other "gorillas" have already been working on a plan and I can help out. They've gotta want to get out of here as much as me. I reach the river, and it runs clean and deep. The water is refreshingly cool, and I dip my hand in and take several sips from it, eventually just dunking my whole head in to drink huge gulps. While my head is underwater, though, I feel a massive hand grab my shoulder and pull me out of the water, effortlessly throwing me to the ground. I'm dazed at first, but I soon come to and see another gorilla standing above me, breathing heavily and aggressively. This gorilla is massive—probably at least 100 pounds heavier than me. "Tough luck, Dustin! Looks like George found you! He's our largest and most dominant gorilla here—the top of the totem pole!" I here Doctor Anderson shout from the overlook. Instinctively, I try to crawl away from the huge brute, but he's much too quick and powerful for me to fight off in my current state. He grabs me by one of my legs, and pushes me so that my stomach is pinned against the ground. Reacting in an animalistic way, I kick one of George's legs with my foot, loosening his grip on me so that I regain some of my footing and begin to crawl away. "That's it Dustin! Fight back!" Doctor Anderson shouts. Unfortunately, this only seems to make George angrier, as he once again gets a hold of my leg and pulls me back to him. He pins me down again, only this time, he puts much more of his weight on my body. I squirm under his weight, but it's no use. I can feel him lifting my legs so that my knees are angled and my ass is in the air. I try swinging my arms at him, but he effortlessly holds both of my arms behind my back with just one of his massive hands, easily overpowering even my new strength. With his other arm, he tears a vine off a nearby tree and uses it to securely tie my arms behind my back, something he's clearly had much practice with considering how quickly and expertly he did it. I hear his lustful breathing at the nape of my neck, and it isn't long before I feel his gorilla dick entering my ass. I continue to struggle under his weight, but he's much too powerful for me as he begins to thrust his dick in and out of my ass. "Oh yes, that's it, Dustin! Now you're part of the family!" Doctor Anderson shouts. I do my best to contain my screams as George continues to pound me, only grunting instead. However, I realize for as much as I'm fighting it, I'm actually beginning to enjoy this feeling. This big strong gorilla on top of me, using me and making me his. Soon, I'm no longer grunting from pain, but more from pleasure. I think George senses this, because he takes some of his weight off me, but doesn't untie my arms—clearly, he likes to be in control. George's grunts become more hurried, and his thrusts become faster and harder. In an instant, he releases his gorilla seed all over my back, and I grunt and realize that I too just released my seed all over the ground beneath me. I pant in exhaustion, but George quickly pulls me up, unties my arms, and hurriedly leads me to a clearing like he wants to show me off. In the clearing I see the rest of the gorillas—about nine in total. George pushes me in front of them, and makes a few grunts. Surprisingly, I'm able to make out a bit of what he's saying. "Our...brother...today...river...great...kick...ass...love...welcome!" George completes his thought, and the rest of the gorillas surround me and shriek and hoot in celebration. For the first time in several days (and honestly much longer than that) I feel truly welcomed and accepted—that I've found a place where I belong. In the echoes all around me, I think I hear the sounds of several different species of animals grunting, howling, shrieking, and roaring in pleasure. But my mind is drifting away from them. Instead, I'm focusing on the gorillas in front of me. Maybe later we can try to think of an escape plan together. But first I want to meet all of my new brothers and get to know them...personally. I realize that Doctor Anderson is probably watching all of us right now, enjoying himself more than he'd ever admit to, but right now, I don't care. I'm more interested in my new family.
