He lay alone in Duncan's bed, Duncan having spent the night with Rudolpho and Kai "celebrating" in the sweatiest and gruntiest way imaginable. Dimly Mark began to stir in the bed and his eyes fluttered open widening as his mind went from zero to freaked the fuck out. In that brilliant moment he realized two things, one he was alive, not even a scratch on him and two he didn't know where he was. All he could tell from the well decorated room was that it belonged to someone with a lot of cash and, from the huge map on the wall opposite the bed, some connection to Scotland. Meanwhile, George heard Mark and thought to himself, "Good he's awake." George stopped his daily cleaning ritual to go attend to Mark. Mark was about to jump out of bed when the door opened. In walked the largest man Mark had ever seen, George, the tall powerfully built dark-skinned man looked incredibly intimidating but his warm eyes and friendly smile lessened the effect. Mark quickly covered with the blanket as he realized he was nude, his clothes were taken when he was brought to the pack's mansion. George claimed he was taking them to wash them but no one believed him and weren't going to say anything to jeopardize seeing the bitch nude. "Don't worry you have nothing I haven't seen before," said George jovially. As Mark gawked at George blankly, the situation having taken all sense from him, George handed Mark his now clean clothes and continued talking,"Here you go, now hurry up and get dressed and I will make us some lunch, well lunch for me I guess breakfast for you." Mark quickly obeyed too dumbfounded to do little more. After dressing Mark followed George to the dining room where Mark was told to wait. Mark sat at the massive wood table and wondered, " what the hell is going on one moment I am running from a pack of wolves then..." Mark physically shook away the memory of the transformation it was too unreal for hi to accept, "...then I woke up here." As Mark was turning things over in his mind George emerged from the kitchen with a cart, on it was several kinds of deli meats, an assortment of sliced cheese and bread, along with onions tomatoes and lettuce and other condiments. George set about putting the platters on the dinning room table. "I'm sorry I have nothing more to offer you I rarely entertain for lunch," George said apologetically, the fact he brought out enough food for 10 people didn't even dawn on him, but then being a werewolf had warped his perspective on what a normal sized meal looked like. "Let me go get us something to drink," said George and he took the cart and disappeared back into the kitchen. After he was gone Mark sank back into his thoughts as he made himself a sandwich. "Oh God I hope Lisa is okay, she is probably worried sick about me. Oh god...my cell phone is missing...maybe it fell out during the chase...or maybe...no...he wouldn't or maybe," at that moment it dawned on Mark that his host might not be the hero he imagined and maybe he was rescued for some far worse fate. As George came back with a pitcher of lemonade Mark decided to ask his host some questions hopefully the answers would put his fears to rest. "So how did you save me from those wolves," Mark questioned? George answered flatly,"oh I didn't. " "Oh so do you work for my hero or are you his friend or something," Mark pushed? George was slightly offended at the suggestion he was anyone's servant but he never let it show, his poker face was epic. He answered Mark less flatly but even his pack would barely notice,"No you misunderstand I didn't save you because you were in no real danger and before you ask how I know I know because I was one of the wolves pursuing you, the larger black one to be precise." Mark's skull would need to crack for his eyes to go any wider and George continued eating as if he hadn't just said the most bizarre thing ever. "So I wasn't dreaming or going crazy I did see what I saw or maybe we are both going crazy," Mark thought. "Crazy sane or whatever I need to get away from this guy," thought Mark. He then pushed the food he had taken away from him and then asked firmly, "where is my cell phone?" George wanted to chuckle but he could sense Mark's unease so he held back, Mark looked and sounded like someone getting ready to fight and even without his lupine gifts the mismatch in size was comedic. The hilarity of the idea must have dawned on Mark, since the moment they met Mark was aware that George was a big dude, but now on the verge of a fight was the first time he took in how big he was. "What am I getting into this guy is at least 250 pounds of solid muscle and he is so tall even with me on my toes he would still need to bend down to kiss me. Wait what, why would I want him to kiss me? No this guy is some whack job who has kidnapped me to do God knows what to me," thought Mark. George sensed Mark's arousal and confusion and answered him softly, "I have it but there is no need for that now, like I said you are perfectly safe, please sit down and eat, I don't need wolf hearing to hear your stomach growling." Mark hearing this did the unthinkable, even to him, he did as he was told. After a couple bites Mark worked up the courage to ask another question," what would happen if I jumped up right now and ran?" "Hmm...interesting question with many paths but ultimately the same destination: you back here," stated George the last part very firmly with a slight growl. He continued, hypothetical situations being one of his favorite pastimes, "The most likely scenario is that you don't make it out of this room, but should you do that there is still the tricky business of getting out the front door, should you get outside, this house is nestled in the middle of the forest so now you could run into it but I wouldn't suggest it there are bears, cougars, coyotes and even a few regular wolves and as I have said if they don't get you I will. Given all the dangers and you not really knowing where you are I would, hypothetically of course, suggest that you go down the path that leads to the road. Of course with no real obstacle I would catch you even faster should you be dumb enough to run and lucky enough to make it that far," again stated as if the most normal statement ever. Mark took this all in and sighed. He sat for a minute and silently willed himself not to cry, but a few tears came any way. After gathering himself he ate a few more bites. As he ate he worked up the courage to learn his fate. "So what is going to happen to me," Mark inquired with despair in his voice. George stated simply, "first when the pack returns we will awaken your bitch spirit and then we will induct you into the pack." Mark went bright red at being called a bitch. After all he has been through he was not in the mood to be insulted. He angrily spat back," fuck you asshole! I am no one's bitch!" George just looked up at Mark. His face showing no emotional change, this caused Mark to anger further. "Not that this will help with his mood but I should probably explain what I mean," thought George. "First, yes you are a bitch or you will be after tonight. Right now you have what we call an unawakened bitch soul. And when I call you a bitch its not meant to be disrespectful or to insult you in any way it is just what you are," George stated. Mark was fuming and wanted to interrupt with some more obscenities but he held his tongue and George continued," You see you are something special among werewolves, a bitch is...wait I need to back up up for a second you are going to need a crash course in werewolves in order to understand what a bitch is." Mark was still seething but curiosity made him listen to George. "Hmm...where to... oh I know... the 'were' in werewolf is not just androcenterism..." At that Mark looked confused,"oh 'were' means man and androcenterism is...," Mark's confused look didn't lift,"...oh never mind the important part is that all werewolves are male, god dad was right that degree in sociology was a complete waste of money oh well his money," George said the last bit with a smirk. He continued," all werewolves are male at least to the untrained observer, see there are sires like me and my pack mates who are truly male and then there are bitches like yourself who are male humans but female werewolves...well the equivalent, even when they transform bitches never lose their male characteristics or gain female ones." Mark just stared at George with incredulity. Mark spat out, "that doesn't make any sense!" George maintained his poker face. "Yeah from an outsider's perspective I guess doesn't make sense, but after tonight everything will be clearer," George stated. "What is going to happen tonight that will make everything make sense," Mark inquired his anger and confusion clear in his voice. "Well like I said we will awaken your bitch soul, and doing that will take the form of an all night orgy," George replied. With that Mark jumped up and bolted for the exit. George sighed and whispered, "Rudolpho was right should have just kept him locked up." He sighed again and finished his sandwich. Mark had somehow found the front door and sprinted down the path to the main road. The night before he was unsure where his speed and stamina came from and now he was unsure of where it went. He was barely a few feet away from the pack's home when his breath started growing short and a few more feet after that his legs started to feel like they were going to fall apart. Mark ignored his body's complaints, fear of the crazy man and his rape party driving him on. After about a minute or two of running Mark looked back to see if he was being pursued. When he looked and saw nothing he wondered aloud," why isn't he following me?" "Because I'm in front of you," George stated. Mark whipped his head around in time to collide with the brawny chest of George. Mark stumbles back from the immovable wall and fell back on his behind, he sputters in disbelief at what just happened. George wanted to say something but before he could Mark had scrambled to his feet and took off towards the forest. Before he could get more than a few steps George moved and blocked his path. They played this game for a couple more rounds until George noticed a figure deep in the forest. Even to his senses it was little more than a shadow but something told him it was trouble. "Enough, lets go back inside its not safe out here," George softly but firmly stated his eyes never moving off the shadowy figure. Mark finally just broke, tears streamed down his face. At this George ended his staring contest with the mysterious figure and looked at the crying bitch and his heart broke. He bent down and picked up the sobbing man while vainly trying to comfort him. With Mark in his arms he walked back to the house he looked around but the figure was gone. He sighed and went inside.
