From Chapter 3 Dennis and I will be going to the movies tonight too. There is a new movie out, and while I hate going to theaters for new movies as they are always packed with people, Dennis really wants to see this movie so I agree to go. I'm right and the theater is packed. We find two seats together and take them. Dennis is enjoying the movie. I'm not really because I'm so short I can't see over the head of the guy in front of me. Oh well, we are here for Dennis anyway. When the movie is over we go to a restaurant to eat. It's pretty nice. We then head home. Alex and Sally are in the living room watching a movie. Me and Dennis head to our room and Dennis makes love to me 3 times. * * * * * Young Again: The College Years - Chapter 4 by Sam Saturday morning I have Dennis make love to me twice before we get our shower and go for breakfast. Sally doesn't look like she slept much. I guess Alex should get her some headphones too. Or maybe she and Alex were awake doing other things themselves. After breakfast Dennis goes out to mow the lawn while I clean our room and do our laundry. Sally helps Alex with his room. I also help Marty clean the main part of the house. After I put away our clothes and make our bed I help Marty with lunch. We're having hamburgers and fries. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of forming the patties. Dennis comes in and gets a shower before lunch. We all eat lunch together and chat about school. Sally also goes to the college and is a year behind Alex. The cradle robber. (LOL, ok I can't really say anything as I looked like a 9 year old when Dennis started dating me.) Alex and Sally went to his room to play Xbox. (I believe them, I swear.) Dennis wanted to play his PS4 so I cuddled up to him while he did it. After dinner Dennis said he wanted to check out the nightlife of the city. I'm not really a nightlife type of person but since Dennis wanted to do it, I agreed. We drove around a bit and Dennis found a gay night club. They let 18+ in but you have to be 21 to drink. We showed our IDs at the door and got the wristband for the under 21s. I didn't care; even when I was over 21 I never drank. It wasn't something I wanted to do really, and then when I got my job I was on call a lot and couldn't drink then. When we got inside I was not ok. It was packed with people. To tell the truth I liked the small town I lived in because there weren't a bunch of people. Now I'm in a club with wall to wall people in it. I tried to make the most of it and stay calm as Dennis wanted to be here to check it out. We found a table and I sat down. Dennis said he would go get us some sodas. While he was up at the bar waiting in line a guy came up to me, maybe in his late twenties. "Hey cutie, haven't seen you around here before. What's your name?" "Sam, but I'm with someone." I'm trying to let him down easy. I know these places are for picking up dates so I'm not bothered that he tried. "Well, if it was that little boy you came in with, you should dump him and get with a real man." I'm trying to hold in my anger. Ok, Dennis is young, but so am I, and I don't know this guy but I know Dennis. He is twice the man of anyone I have ever dated, even the ones in their thirties. Also, why would you try to go after someone that is obviously already taken? There are tons of guys in here, why go after me after I tell you I'm not available? "Well, that little boy is my husband, (I hold up my hand with my wedding ring on it) so I won't be doing that." The guy leaves just as Dennis arrives with our drinks. "Who was that, baby?" Dennis inquires. "Just a guy trying to get me to dump you and go home with him." "What?" "Yeah, he was persistent too. Might have gone on longer had you not put a ring on my finger." "Well I'm glad I did. I'm not leaving you alone in here ever again." There was a dance floor, and though it was all techno music, me and Dennis went out and danced a bit. Not saying I was any good, I wasn't, but we were just having fun and I didn't care what anyone else thought. After a couple of hours we headed home. When we got in bed, Dennis asked to look at my left hand. I gave it to him. He looked at my wedding ring and said putting that there was the best thing he ever did. I told him, the best thing he ever did was go into the boy's room and pick me up and hold me on his lap as I cried. Dennis laid me down and got on top of me. He made love to me twice, and then we went to sleep with me cuddled to him in his arms. Sunday, the day of rest. Well, not for Dennis. I made him make love to me three times before we came out for lunch. For lunch Marty made a roast beef with all the trimmings. It was wonderful. Marty missed his calling working for the FBI, he should have been a chef. After lunch Dennis and Alex went off to play games. Sally went with Alex and I watched TV in the living room. When it was time to make dinner, Marty told me it was spaghetti and meatballs and I was to do it all. No problem, he already taught me how to do it. It is very simple the way he does it. You just boil a large pot of water then drop in the spaghetti and keep stirring it to keep it from sticking. Then for the sauce you just brown some ground beef then put in a jar sauce and heat it through. The meatballs are premade frozen that you heat up in the oven in a muffin tin. When he was teaching me I asked about all these cheats he uses. "They are not cheats, they are shortcuts. You can't cook meals from scratch in this day and age anymore." "But isn't it better?" "Not really. Besides, when you and Dennis are on your own, you are going to be working and are not going to be able to rush home then cook a meal from scratch. These shortcuts cut down on the work and prep time." He's right. I'll be teaching art classes so I won't be able to spend hours making everything from scratch. You may be saying, why doesn't Dennis do it then? Well I know marriage is about equality, but in our relationship, we have roles that we play. Dennis does stuff that I don't do, yard work, heavy lifting, and he doesn't complain. I'm going to be the cook. Besides, I like to cook. I'm getting really good at it with Marty's help. Another reason I like to cook is I like knowing Dennis is eating what I made. It makes me feel good when I see him enjoying a meal I prepared. As I'm working on the meat for the sauce and stirring the spaghetti, Dennis walks in to get a drink. As he is walking back out I grab him and tell him he is on toast. Dennis turns and goes to the toaster and starts loading it up. Dennis is the perfect husband, he follows orders. Once everything is done we all sit down to eat. I look around and everyone is enjoying the meal. I look next to me at Dennis and he is also enjoying the meal. I'm happy my man likes the food I make. Yep, I'm going to cook for him for as long as I can. The next day is Labor Day so we have the day off school. I remember back when school didn't start until after Labor Day, but screw kids summer vacation, make them go to school. (Yep, adults take time away from summer vacation so they don't have to watch their kids so much.) Whatever. At breakfast Marty says we are going for a cookout in the park for lunch and to all be ready in good clothes at 11am. Close to 11am, me and Dennis are in our room. I'm at the closet choosing what to wear. Dennis is behind me waiting. It is odd. This master bedroom has a large bathroom but only one closet. We have room for all our clothes, it is just weird. Once I get my clothes I step out of the way to get dressed so Dennis can get his. As I'm finishing getting my pants on Dennis says, "Baby, why do you still have this, it doesn't fit you anymore." I look up and Dennis is holding the "Property of Dennis" hoodie he got me when I was 11. I smile and walk over to him. I wrap my arms around his waist and pull myself tight to him then look up at him. "Because it is still true... I am... and I keep it as a memento as it is the way we told the world that we were together." "But it doesn't fit you anymore. Do you want me to get you one that fits?" I pull him down to kiss him. "Like I said, it is still true." With that I went back over to finish getting dressed. Dennis put the hoodie back then got his own clothes. I chose a blue polo shirt with khaki pants. I like wearing blue as it brings out my eyes. Dennis had a red polo shirt and blue jeans. Dennis likes to wear red, not sure why, but it looks good on him. When we were ready we went to the living room to meet up with the others. Once we were all ready we loaded the cooler with all the food and the charcoal and grilling supplies into my SUV then Dennis drove us to the park. Marty rented a covered picnic table with a charcoal grill. There were many of these at the park. When we got there, Alex and Marty started working on the grill while me, Dennis and Sally went to see what was going on at the park. There was a group of boys kicking a soccer ball around and also a group of guys and girls throwing a Frisbee, looked like maybe Frisbee tag. Dennis and Sally wanted to join them so I sat on the ground and watched as they played. I know what you are thinking, why didn't you play. I'm not an athlete in any way. Even with a Frisbee I can't do it. So I don't mind just sitting and watching. Dennis gets it, we've tried everything and I suck at anything remotely physical. Marty thinks it is maybe because my hand eye coordination is messed up due to not being in my real body, but even then I wasn't good at sports so I doubt that is it. Once the burgers and hotdogs were ready we sat down and ate. After that we all enjoyed the park and being outdoors on the last warm holiday of the year. When it started to get late we packed everything up and headed home. Once there Sally said she needed to get back to the dorms to get ready for class the next day, so Alex drove her. Me and Dennis went to our room and I cuddled to him as he played his game. To be continued...
