Larry and Phil had set up their captain's chairs in out-of-play territory along the first base line. But, after seeing Ned Estes, the first coach of the Knights, and Ross Astor, the father of Peter Astor, the boy who had gotten into trouble for bullying Aiden on Halloween, Aiden's dads decided to sit in the bleachers. Ross Astor noticed the move, and was certain it was directed at him. He had been driving by the complex on the way home from work, and decided to stop and watch some baseball. Usually he would have stopped for a few beers with coworkers, but everybody had been busy with something. Peter, his son, had been a teen asshole that morning and Ross didn't want to deal with him; he wanted some time away from the brat. Peter could take care of getting his own dinner—he usually did, anyway. Had he known the two asshole coaches were going to be at this field, Ross would have chosen one of the other ones. But now he was going to stay just to piss them off. He wondered why they were watching a little kids' game—the players were way too young to play for either one of the coaches. He thought that maybe they were there to perv on the young boys. The Knights were the home team and took the field first. Ross recognized the pitcher as the son of the assholes. Well, at least they have a half-way decent reason to be at the game, he thought, even if it was to watch a boy he was certain they were having sex with. Aiden finished his warmups and the first Mountaineer batter came to the plate. Aiden's first two pitches were balls and Ross was tempted to taunt the young pitcher. He looked down at Phil and Larry and knew that if he did, one or both of them would come climb the bleachers to confront him. He wasn't afraid of a fight—he figured he could handle himself—but, this didn't seem the time or place. Maybe if he'd had a few beers first... Aiden came back to throw a pair of strikes to even the count at two and two. The batter hit his next pitch to Trent at shortstop, who easily threw him out at first. Aiden struck out the next two batters for a one-two-three inning. Ross noticed a man seated in the bleachers on the third base side. He recognized him, but it took him a few moments to remember from where. As the Mountaineers jogged onto the field, Ross caught the man's attention and beckoned him to come up and sit with him. The man came up and Ross introduced himself. "Ned Estes," the man replied, shaking Ross's hand. "You looked a little upset as you came up here," Ross observed. "It's the way that group of idiots went out on the field," Ned said, referring to the Mountaineers. "No excuse for jogging out there, not when you're fucking ten years old." "Didn't you coach the Mayfield team at the start of the season?" There were few secrets in a small town. "Yep. Did you notice them sprinting off of the field, though? Nice to know they remember something I taught them." "How come you quit?" Ross asked, even though he knew the story. "I didn't. They fired my ass, saying I was `mentally abusing' the poor sensitive souls." "And?" "It was bullshit. I was teaching them to be tough. And those two assholes down there," he pointed down to Phil and Larry, "were the fuckers who made it happen. People around here think their shit don't stink because they won a couple of championships. From what I hear they had so much talent one of those little kids could've coached them. "I hear you, dude. Their little asshole of a kid got my boy in all kinds of trouble. Now I got my house for sale so he can go play at Kentburg. No way he plays for those pricks." "I heard your boy is a pretty good athlete." "Pretty good? He could've been the best high school athlete this two-bit town has ever seen, but now he'll be showing his talent for somebody else. Guess those guys think they don't need to coach the best." "I hear you. You ever done any coaching?" "Not much. I played though—three sports, and none of them was soccer." "Maybe we can figure out a way to get together next year. Show those cocksuckers what real coaching is like." "Sounds like a plan to me." Ross gave Ned his phone number. Down on the field, the Knights had scored two runs, sparked by Aiden's triple. The Mountaineers had won their first meeting 11-8 in what had been the Knight's worst game of the season. It was also the game where Aiden had suffered his meltdown. "Why Hallion has that little fucker batting second is totally stupid," Ned Estes groused when Aiden came to bat. "Maybe if you told him to not swing the bat and take his walks, but he's going to have him swing away and hit some infield dribbler if he hits it anywhere at all. At least the Mountaineer coach has his outfielders playing shallow. He knows the ball ain't going nowhere." When Aiden got hold of a 2-1 pitch, drove it over the center fielder's head, and legged it out for a triple, Ned let out an audible gasp. "Looks like the little fucker can hit," Ross laughed. "Bullshit. A lucky poke is what that was." Aiden came to bat again in the bottom of the third. The Knights were leading 8-1. This time he hit a hard grounder through the hole between shortstop and the third baseman for an RBI single. "Not only can the kid hit, he can pitch," Ross said. Ross was gaining a grudging respect for the little blond. Then he paid Aiden the ultimate compliment. "He looks like a ballplayer out there." "That is such horseshit. Every dog has his day, and today is his." Just as Ned said that, Aiden threw ball four to the Mountaineer batter he was facing. "That looks more like what I expected," he stated as the batter jogged to first base. On the second pitch to the next batter, Aiden fielded a hard comebacker cleanly, and threw the ball to second where Trent got the force on the runner. Trent then fired the ball to Vance, who was playing first, for a double play. It was the first ground out double play of the season for the Knights. The Clark Pass batter helped some by not hustling up the line at full speed. Nevertheless, it was a pretty play and had the Knights' parents and fans standing and cheering. "Nice play," Ross noted as the Knights sprinted off the field. "One I can take some credit for," Ned boasted. "I should get credit for how that team is playing, since Jim Hallion doesn't know enough baseball to teach them which way to run around the bases." Ross Astor decided he didn't like Ned Estes very much. The ex-coach struck him as being all talk with not a lot to back it up. As much as he disliked Phil Miller and Larry Sanders, they at least knew what they were doing. Obviously James Hallion knew something, too. His team looked good out on the field. "It's been fun, but I gotta go home and get dinner for my boy," Ross lied. He stood up and started down the bleachers. "Don't forget to call me sometime. We can talk about getting a team next year. We can outcoach the shit out of these small-town dudes." Ross nodded and left. "I wonder what those guys were conspiring to do?" Phil asked. "I doubt it was anything good," Larry replied. The Knights ended up winning 11-1. The game was stopped in the bottom of the fourth after they scored their eleventh run. At that point the mercy rule was invoked. Aiden pitched all four innings for the Knights, giving up one run on three hits. He walked one and struck out five. The one run against him scored after an error by Russell, who was playing third. He fielded a grounder cleanly, but threw the ball over the head of Collin, the first baseman, and into out of play territory. The error allowed the runner on second to score. One of the best moments in the game, as far as Aiden was concerned, happened in the top of the fourth with Mason playing right field, two outs, and a runner on third. The Mountaineer batter hit a fly ball to right field. The ball looked like it was going to go over Mason's head, but he backpedaled a few steps and stuck up his glove. Much to his surprise and delight, the ball dropped into the pocket. Mason squeezed the ball so hard for the third out that the pressure would have turned coal into diamond. Aiden pumped his fist and waited for Mason to come sprinting off of the field and traded a high five with his friend. Nobody on the field or in the stands could miss the big grin on Mason's face. Catching a routine popup that he didn't have to move more than a couple of steps for was an adventure for Mason. Even though his catch didn't look pretty, it was a very special one for him. His mother was the proudest parent in the stands when the game ended at the bottom of the inning. Ned Estes shook his head as he left the field, not bothering to stay for the bottom of the inning. He couldn't believe the Knights now had a 6-3 record (assuming they didn't blow their lead), especially with James Hallion as their coach. As he got into his car, he wondered how good they would have been if he'd been able to stay on as the coach. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "Great game, son," Larry complimented Aiden on the drive home from the game. "You looked like you were very focused, today." "Thanks, daddy. Marty has really helped me with that. Sometimes I can do it and sometimes I can't, but I try," Aiden responded. "That goes for adults, too," Phil said. "Even pro players have days when their focus and concentration isn't as good as it could be." "Even single at-bats can get out of whack." Larry added. "Why was Coach Estes at the game?" Aiden asked. "I think he wanted to see how you kids were doing?" Larry replied. "We may have had our issues with him, but nobody said that he didn't care about you guys. He had a lot of good points. Things just didn't work out for him this year." "So, you don't hate him or anything?" "No, we don't hate him. Your daddy and I both wish him well in the future." Larry did feel that way, even though he really had to wonder what Ned Estes and Ross Astor were talking about together. He was certain that some of it had to do with him and Phil and the Knights. "I'm really and totally excited about the weekend," Aiden said as the car pulled into the driveway. Monday was Memorial Day and the Miller family had a busy three-day weekend planned. Phil's sixteen-and-under team had been invited to a Memorial Day Tournament in Olympia. He had decided to decline the invitation. He wanted to use the tournament budget for a pair of summer invitational tournaments that involved travel to new places for his kids—Olympia was only an hour's drive away and every one of his players had played there or been there at one time or other. Plus, he was able to save the three-day weekend for his family. It was the first time in his life that he had a family that he could make a top priority. Phil loved the feeling of being able to do that. On Saturday, Aiden would be accompanying his dads to Olympia. One of the things they were going to shop for was a helmet for Aiden. Larry and Phil also wanted to shop at Capital Bicycle to purchase a pair of bikes for themselves. Both men saw themselves as joggers, but wanted to go riding with Aiden and for that, they would need bicycles. While Centralia had a bicycle shop, Larry and Phil felt that the Olympia shop had a better selection of bicycles and accessories than the smaller Centralia Bicycle store. On the way home from Olympia, they planned to pick up Gordon, who would be spending the night. On Sunday, Phil, Larry, Aiden, Gordon, and Aaron Lansing, Gordon's father, planned to ride the new bike trail from Kentburg to Mineral Lake and back. Larry and Phil had invited the Bednarzyk family for a barbecue on Monday afternoon, which meant Sammy and Jeffrey would be joining their parents for water skiing, swimming, as well as lots of great eats. Jeffrey played on Phil's sixteen-and-under baseball team. He was excited by the chance to visit his summer coach and his school coach, along with their cute little son. The fact that his father and his coaches were good friends had its advantages and disadvantages. Monday would be a day of relaxation along with some work. Phil had towed the boat to Mayfield Marine to get the engine tuned up and ready for the summer. Phil and Larry didn't care much for taking the boat out on the lake during a holiday weekend, calling it "amateur hour", but they knew if they exercised proper care, everyone would have a safe time water skiing. Aiden knew he would need to set some time aside for homework, in particular his social studies project on Greece. He and his partner, Autumn Kellogg, had divided up the tasks so they wouldn't have to meet during the weekend. Aiden was not happy when Mr. Knox's random pick made her his partner, and he could tell that Autumn wasn't happy about it either. But, she was a good student, and wouldn't screw up the project, which was a big part of their social studies grade. "Make it a learning experience," Larry had told Aiden when he griped about the pairing. "There is nothing you can do about who your partner is, so do your best. You can to work with her and create the best project possible." "I still don't like her." "Nobody said you had to like her—you just have to work with her. It's good practice for the real world. Learning how to work with people you don't like is part of growing up." Aiden walked away, grumbling, even though he knew his daddy was right. But, on Friday night, the "evil" Autumn Kellogg was not a factor in Aiden's life. A spaghetti dinner with Caesar salad and garlic bread certainly was. So was riding with Phil and Larry to the boat launch at the city park as they set the boat into the water for the first time that spring. Aiden rode back home in the boat with Phil while Larry drove the truck back. Of course, Phil didn't take a direct route home as he and Aiden enjoyed riding around the lake a couple of times before docking. Before getting into bed, Aiden booted his computer and went online to check the Washington State baseball score. They had won their first two games in the Pac-12 tournament. A win in their game that afternoon and they would be playing for the tournament championship on Sunday. He grinned when he saw the score: The Cougars had won 7-3 over Colorado. Marty had gone three-for-four with a pair of doubles. Aiden called downstairs that he was ready to be tucked in. But as far as he was concerned, Marty's score was as good as any tucking in. On Saturday they took care of their bicycle business in Olympia. On the way home they stopped off at the Centerville Café for lunch. Charlie, the owner, welcomed his favorite customers. Aiden and Phil enjoyed their hamburger and fries while Larry had a BLT. After eating, they headed for Mayfield and home, stopping off to pick up Gordon. They placed his bicycle into the back of the pickup, next to Phil and Larry's new bicycles plus a box of accessories, including a bicycle rack. "Dads, can me and Gordy ride to the park?" Aiden pleaded as they drove into the driveway. "I want to test out my new helmet." "What you really want is to get your first ride without an adult supervising you," Phi chuckled as they walked through the garage. "No," Aiden said innocently, "I really want to try out..." "Aiden, don't try to pull one over on your daddy and me." "Okay, well, maybe I just want to see what it's like to go on my own." "We talked about the rules you have to follow the day you got the bike, didn't we?" "Yes," Aiden said, looking down at his feet. "What did we agree on about you're riding without an adult?" "That I have to get some experience by riding with you or daddy a couple of times. So, will you guys ride with me and Gordy, like right now?" "We have to get the bicycles out of the truck first. And then you and Gordon can ride with us." It didn't take long for them to get their bikes ready to ride. The ride took them across the road and along the bike trail to the state park. Larry and Phil watched Aiden, as well as Gordy, carefully, making sure they followed the rules that had been laid out while riding along or near busy roads. They did a couple of loops around the park, and then returned to the bike trail and rode home. "How did we do?" Aiden asked as they dismounted in the driveway. "You did great. Pushed the button to activate the yellow caution light and looked carefully in all directions when crossing the main road. Checked for cars as well as walkers in the park. Made sure to make a single line when you met those two riders on the way home. Stopped and checked both ways for traffic before crossing the road and entering the driveway. It was a very nice job." Larry all but gushed at how well the two young boys had done on their ride. "Did we pass?" Gordy asked. "Pass? No, you guys rode single file and didn't pass anybody." "No, I mean, did we pass our riding test?" "You did well enough to ride the bike route down to the city park and back. So, get going while your dad and I get dinner ready." "Yippee. We'll be extra careful," Aiden gushed. "However, since the caution lights haven't been installed at the city park yet, you are not to cross the road into the park." There was a junction of two main roads at the park entrance. It was often busy there during weekends with traffic in and out of the park. Larry didn't want the boys crossing there until pedestrian caution lights had been installed. "Yes, sir," Aiden and Gordy said together with serious looks on their faces. The two boys rode their bikes across the road, and they started east on the bike trail for the Mayfield town park, which was on the east end of Lake Mayfield. Aiden and Gordy returned from their adventure thirty minutes later, sweaty and smiling with pride. Phil and Larry worried the entire thirty minutes. Larry even talked about taking a ride down the road just to check on how they were doing, but it didn't take much for Phil to talk him out of the idea. "I helped design that bike trail," Phil said. "It's safe to ride." "I know, but damn, they're not even ten years old yet," Larry said. "And they are small town boys. Gordon has been riding his bike around town for years, as have Aiden's other friends and classmates. He needs to catch up to his buddies. We have to trust him." "Easier said than done. Hell, in about six years' time he's going to be going after a fucking driver's license." Phil laughed as he sliced carrots into his stew. "We've been parents for just a few months—no need for us to go future tripping." But, Phil was as thankful as Larry when he looked out of the kitchen window and saw the bicycles coming up the trail. He watched as the boys stopped, looked both ways, and pedaled across the road and into the driveway. Phil and Larry were a bit surprised that the boys had picked bike riding over swimming, but they also understood that riding along Lake Drive was a new adventure for both of the boys. Aiden and Gordy rolled their bicycles into the garage and parked them in the area that had been set aside for bike parking. They hung their helmets on the handlebars and then clambered up the stairs into the main house. "We did it!" Aiden yelled as they reached the top of the stairs. "We're bicycle graduates now." "Yep. Now we can go anywhere," Gordy boasted. "Congratulations, boys, but don't let it go to your head," Larry told them. "The rules for Aiden still haven't changed." "I know, I know, I still have to ask permission to ride. But, at least now I know I'll get permission." "Usually," Phil reminded him. "Why do you guys always have to spoil everybody's fun?" Aiden asked. "It's in the parenting genes." "That is so dumb. What's for dinner? Something smells good." "Your dad will be serving one of his famous stews in about twenty minutes," Larry told the boys. "You might as well head upstairs and get cleaned up." "Riding with you was so much fun," Gordon said after they entered Aiden's bedroom. Aiden took off his hoodie and Gordon followed suit. The hoodies were followed by shirts and the two shirtless boys went into the bathroom. Aiden went to the toilet, unbuttoned, unzipped, and pulled his shorts and briefs down to his knees. Gordy bumped him to the side a bit and stood next to him. He pulled his shorts and boxers down, too, and the two boys let loose their streams of piss, getting a little sword fighting in. "I can't believe your cousin really peed on you," Gordy said. "Well, it's the truth, or I wouldn't have told you he did." "That had to be totally gross." "We were in the shower. I didn't even know he was doing it, but then I could kind of smell the pee." Aiden finished peeing and turned to face Gordy who was almost done. "I could to it do you right now and show you how gross it is." "No, way, dude. I'll take your word for it. I'd scream so loud they could hear it across the lake." Gordy looked slightly panicked as he finished peeing. "Don't worry, I was just joking." "Good, or I would have to do it right back to you." Aiden waddled over to the sink, his pants still halfway down his legs. "Don't lie, Gordy. No way you would do that. Somebody like Chase or Sammy, or maybe even Muddy, they might. But you never would because it's so gross." "Miles might do it, too," Gordy said as the boys washed their hands, faces, and underarms. Like Aiden, he hadn't bothered to pull up his pants. "He might." "And you would do it." "No way. And even if I did, I wouldn't do it to you. All I'd do to you is this," Aiden said as he grabbed Gordy's exposed junk. "Now, I should pee on you," Gordy giggled. "You can't, you just peed it all in the toilet." Aiden pulled his pants and undies up. "We better get down to eat before we get yelled at." "Can't we just go down in our undies?" "We'll do that for breakfast. My dads think we're grown up because of our bike ride, so we can act that way for dinner." "Okay." They pulled on fresh t-shirts and started down the hall for the stairs. "I like making my dads think I'm grown up. We're almost ten, so if we dress for dinner, they'll think we're acting that old already." Aiden said philosophically. "I guess," Gordy shrugged. "That never works with my mom and dad, though." Neither Phil nor Larry commented on how Aiden and Gordy were dressed. It was as if they didn't consider it a big deal—the boys were simply doing what they were supposed to do. The wind picked up and the weather cooled considerably after dinner, but that didn't stop the boys from getting into the pool. A rubber ball and a plastic basketball hoop at the deep end was all they needed to amuse themselves. Any foul that included a grope of the opponent's cock and balls was ignored. Larry and Phil joined them after a while and the game became two-on-two. It was silently understood between Aiden and Gordy that the foul rule had been changed. As it got dark, the pool and patio lights came on, but the game came to an end. The wind picked up even more and it had brought rain and even cooler weather with it. Plus, the boys were worn out from a long day of activity. It was time to head indoors. Aiden and Gordy shivered all the way to the basement showers. They yanked off their trunks and stood under the warm streams of water, soaking in the warmth while admiring each other's nude bodies. They made jokes about who was going to pee on whom, but they emptied their bladders into the toilet. They finished showering and went upstairs, not bothering to dress. Larry and Phil had used their own shower, which had two shower heads. "We seem to have two naked house apes in our rec room," Larry observed. "We're naked, but we're not monkeys," Aiden pointed out. "And speaking of naked, when do GORDY AND I, get to go skinny dipping?" Aiden made sure to emphasize his use of proper syntax. "I don't know, but I do know the time will come," Phil replied. "That's my dad's way of saying never," Aiden told Gordy. The boys said their goodnights, brushed and flossed, and crawled naked into Aiden's bed. They were already asleep by the time Phil and Larry came upstairs to tuck them in. The boys were in a perfect state for the end of the day as far as the two dads were concerned—dead tired and sound asleep. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Aiden peeked at the alarm clock on his desk. It read 7:30—too early to get out of bed. But, he had to pee, which meant a trip out of bed and then quickly back in. He was out and in within three minutes. He tucked himself under the covers, being careful not to wake Gordy. He looked at his friend, liking what he saw. He gave Gordy's smooth cheek a quick kiss and snuggled up to him. Aiden liked the feel of his naked body in almost full contact with Gordy's. Other than grabbing each other's junk at times, he and Gordy hadn't done anything sexual during this visit. Aiden thought that messing around would have been fun, but he had had such a great day with his best friend and didn't miss the sexual play. A knock on the bedroom door woke Aiden and Gordy up right at 9:00. "Boys, breakfast in fifteen minutes," Phil called out. "I guess we'll shower after breakfast," Gordy yawned. He rolled on his back and stretched. "Like we really need a shower after swimming and showering last night," Aiden pointed out. "I need one. You were sleeping almost on top of me. I bet you drooled on me." "Better than wetting the bed and peeing on you," Aiden giggled. Gordy sat up and shook his head. "You keep talking about peeing on people. You're getting really gross all of a sudden." "Don't worry, I just talk about it." Aiden reached for his remote and set the DVR on his television to record Marty's game that afternoon. The boys then got out of bed and pulled on fresh underpants, t-shirts, and socks. They knew that was all they needed to wear for breakfast. Larry was starting French Toast as the boys came down the stairs. "Something to fill you up," he told them. "We have a busy day today." Phil came into the kitchen as the boys helped set the table. He couldn't help but admire the thin, very boyish, yet athletic bodies of the two nine- year-olds. He could see they were going to grow into really gorgeous adolescents and handsome young men. Sunday was indeed busy. Gordon's father rode his bicycle across the Mayfield dam and to the Miller house. With the completion of the bike trail, the ride was very enjoyable and much safer than riding along the side of the road had been. After the bicycles were loaded on the truck, they drove to Kentburg to ride the trail to Mineral Lake. The trail followed the right-of-way of the Centralia, Clark Pass, and Pacific Railroad for five miles east out of Kentburg. It then crossed the tracks along with State Highway 227 and headed north to Mineral Lake. The northern trail ran between the highway and a branch line of the CCP&P. Larry told the boys that the branch ran a couple of freights a week that performed local switching, as well as tourist trains from a town north of Mineral Lake. The ride was long but enjoyable. The grades were easy, and most of the route went through farmlands and forests. They stopped for lunch at Mineral Lake, which was surrounded by a park. Phil had made sandwiches the night before. They carried their food and drink in the satchels attached to Larry and Phil's bicycles. On the way back to Kentburg, they were passed by the steam powered tourist train. Gordy had ridden the train before, but it was the first time Aiden had ever seen a steam engine. He stopped and watched it chug by, fascinated by the noisy and smoky piece of machinery. The engineer and fireman gave the boys friendly waves and they waved back. After loading their bikes into Phil's truck at the end of the trail, they dropped Gordy and his dad off and headed for the Bear to get pizza. Phil and Larry were surprised to see Ross Astor and his son Peter—they usually weren't seen together in public. Peter was too young to enter the establishments where his father liked to hang out. Neither of them looked happy to see Larry, Phil, and Aiden walk in. But as Larry observed them, he came to the conclusion that they didn't seem to be very happy about much of anything, including the pizza. Larry was not surprised to see a pitcher of beer sitting in front of Ross. That night, Aiden watched Marty's game on his television. Larry asked permission to watch the game with him and Aiden gladly gave it. The young boy felt a sense of ownership knowing that his room was really his and that, except for a few conditions, his dads had to ask his permission to enter it. Aiden and his daddy lay back on Aiden's bed, their heads cushioned by thick pillows. Aiden was wearing a pair of white briefs while Larry was dressed in a t-shirt and a pair of sweats. The Cougars were playing the USC Trojans for the Pac-12 tournament championship. The game went quickly as they fast-forwarded through the commercials as well as some slow parts of the game. They gave Marty their full attention when he came to bat. He lined out to left his first time up and struck out his second at-bat. Larry and Aiden cheered loudly when Marty singled a man in from second in the bottom of the seventh to give the Cougars a 4-3 lead. Phil came upstairs to see what the hullabaloo was about and sat in Aiden's office chair to watch the rest of the game. But, Marty's big moment came in the bottom of the ninth with the Cougars down 5-4. There was a runner on first and two outs. Marty worked the count to 2-1 and then drove a fastball over the left-field fence for the game winning home run. The cheers in Aiden's room almost knocked Horace from his perch. The Cougars would be playing in the NCAA regionals as Pac-12 champs. After being tucked in, Aiden thought about jerking off, but he was tired, so he turned on his side. Aiden wished that Gordy could spend another night, but his family was doing something the next morning. Aiden was certain he and Gordy would have messed around this time. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Things at another residence in Mayfield were not as exciting as they were with Aiden. After Ross Astor had left Aiden's baseball game, he stopped off at the Mayfield Tavern for the beers he hadn't stopped for earlier. After his second beer he thought about Ned Estes. The guy struck him an asshole and a horseshit coach. But, he knew Estes hated the two faggot high school coaches as much as he did, so maybe they could make something work to fuck them over. Stealing players from his program for their own team would be a great way to do it. Ross left the bar and drove home, wondering if his kid had cooked any dinner. He knew that for Peter cooking dinner meant moving something from the freezer to the microwave, but at least he did something. But, when he got home he found the thirteen-year-old clad in nothing but a pair of boxers and asleep on the couch. Ross saw a couple of beer bottles on the table. He knew he should keep beer out of the refrigerator, but at least he wasn't drinking in some unknown place with his buddies. Peter rarely got drunk and Ross was okay with Peter having a couple of beers on occasion. To him, it was part of growing up. What Ross didn't know is that a lot Peter's buddies had abandoned him by the time spring break came around. The kids he was hanging around with now were not the jocks, but rather the punks. Peter had become a whiner, a complainer, and, for the most part, a total asshole. The players on the middle school baseball team were tired of his blaming the team's problems on everybody but himself. A lot of that attitude came from his father, who never tired of telling Peter that his shit didn't stink and that his teammates were unworthy of him. "You won't be playing with those assholes next year," Ross told him. "As soon as we get the house sold, I've got a place to rent in Kentburg. You are going to be the star there, and everyone is going to appreciate you more than they do here." They went out for pizza on Sunday. One of Peter's new buddies came in with an older kid. Not long after he was seated the boy headed to the men's room. He gave Peter a nod and Peter got up, following him into the restroom. The boy's name was Lenny—he was fourteen and a freshman at the high school. Peter followed him in. "Hey Petey, got any money on you?" Lenny asked him. Peter stood in front of a urinal next to Lenny. He really didn't need to piss, but managed to get a slight flow going. "Nope." "Damn. I'd sell you some good weed if you did." "I could give you a blow job for some," Peter told him. "Now?" "I can't do it now." "Fuck it then. Where's your little girl friend?" Lenny asked, referring to Barry. "Dunno. I'm here with my dad." "Ask him for money." "He won't give me none. He knows why I want it. He was pissed because I had more than two beers." "Fuck, my dad buys it for me. Hey, big party next Saturday. Lots of sluts gonna be there." Peter enjoyed hanging out with the older kids. Being accepted by the high school punks before he had even entered high school was very cool. What he didn't realize was that in many ways, his relationship to them was a lot like the relationship Roger and Barry had—younger kids willing to do anything for the approval of older kids. What he also didn't realize is the older kids did what they could to take advantage of him and show their power over him, just like he had done with the two fifth graders. Since Peter had nothing that Lenny wanted, the older boy left the restroom. Peter followed him out, and sat down. He was now in an adolescent snit. His mood wasn't helped when Phil, Larry, and Aiden came into The Bear. Peter hated them. He blamed them for everything that was going wrong in his life, including his getting in trouble when he got drunk or stoned. He could hardly wait to eat and leave. The only good thing that came to his mind is that his father disliked them just as much. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Aiden was up at eight on Monday. He showered and went downstairs, still naked. Larry was on the couch in the reading room, perusing the newspaper. Aiden wanted to crawl in next to him, but his dads' arbitrary rule about his nudity prevented him from doing so. He plunked himself down in the loveseat. "Good morning, daddy," he said in his sweet boy soprano voice. "Hey, kiddo. Good morning. Did you run out of clothes?" "No, I just wanted to be naked," Aiden said in a tone of voice that let his daddy know he'd just asked a stupid question. "Where's dad?" "He's out jogging." "How come he isn't out riding his bike?" "Because he wanted to jog." Aiden contemplated that for a moment and then shrugged his shoulders. "I guess that makes sense." "What has you up so early?" "Our company is coming around noon, right?" Larry nodded. "That gives me lots of time to work on my homework." He gave his daddy a serious look. "After you make me breakfast." "You could just pour yourself a bowl of cereal." "I was going to if you and dad were still in bed. But, now you're up, and your job is to make me breakfast." "How does French Toast sound?" "Awesome." Larry stood up and looked down at his naked son. "How does you learning how to make French Toast so you can cook up your own breakfasts sound?" "Even awesomer." Larry and Aiden went to the kitchen. Larry had Aiden don the apron they had purchased for him on one of their shopping trips. He then showed his son the tricks of mixing up the batter, heating up the griddle, and actually grilling the French Toast. Larry saw that Aiden was having fun with the lesson. He also knew that the boy was a quick study and would be cooking up some breakfasts in no time. Phil returned from his morning jog just as Aiden was flipping four slices of French Toast while Larry was setting the kitchen table. "Oh my God, it's Chef Aiden. It smells very much like breakfast." "Daddy showed me how to make French Toast," Aiden said proudly. "Do you want me to make you some?" "Let me take a quick shower, first." He strode to his bedroom, thinking of Aiden's little naked bubble butt poking out from the open back of the apron. "You have five minutes and then I'm starting yours," the nine-year-old said officiously. He took the spatula to the French Toast and placed the slices on a plate. "Daddy, your breakfast is ready." Larry took the plate to the table, prepped his toast with butter and syrup and took a bite of Aiden's first batch. "Oh yes, very good, son. You cooked them perfectly." "I checked the colors just like you showed me." Larry and Aiden had cooked up two sample slices before Aiden took over as head chef. After Aiden cooked up Phil's toast and then his own all three of them cleaned up the kitchen. Aiden then brought his homework down and set it up at the desk in the office room. He finished his math homework and then went to work on his project. He had been surprised by how easy Autumn had been to work with. She let him have all of the parts of the social studies project he wanted. He still hated her because she was a girl, but he didn't hate her the way he had when she would come marching by his lunch table with Shana Masters. As soon as breakfast was finished he had shed his apron and went back to being naked. Working on his homework in the nude made him feel free. He doubted that Autumn did her homework in the nude, but he did wonder if any of his friends did. He was willing to bet his cousin Chase did, and had a feeling Sammy did. Just before noon, he gathered up his books and papers and started for the stairs and his bedroom. "You look like a college student with all of the stuff that you're carrying," Phil mused. "Our report is going to be the best," Aiden said. "Autumn might be dumb because she's a girl, but she's smart because she's a good student." He headed for his bedroom completely unaware of how illogical his logic sounded. He dressed in his Washington State Cougars Baseball t-shirt and his swimming trunks and came back down just as the Bednarzyks arrived. He was happy to see Sammy and Jeffrey. They might be older than him, but they didn't treat him like he was a little kid. Phil had made up hamburger sliders for a light lunch, along with fresh- squeezed lemonade. After eating the boys went up to Aiden's room. Sammy and Jeffrey left their backpacks there and then the three of them headed out to the dock to get on the boat. The boat wasn't big enough for four adults and three boys, especially since Jeffrey was almost adult sized. Larry and George Bednarzyk stayed behind, at least to start. Phil and Lois sat in the front seats while the three boys were in the back. The boys and Lois spent the next hour and a half water skiing. Phil then took the boat back to the dock. The four adults went out onto the lake while the boys stayed behind to do some swimming in the pool. "Skinny dipping time!" Jeffrey shouted as soon as the boat pulled away. Before Aiden could make a comment, Sammy had yanked off his swimming shorts and tossed them on the pool deck. He cannonballed into the pool and surfaced with a shout and a laugh. Jeffrey quickly jumped in after his brother. "The Hurricane is naked and in the water," he shouted to Aiden. "What are you waiting for?" "We might get in trouble," Aiden protested meekly. This was exactly what he wanted, a chance to skinny dip, and now he stood on the pool deck feeling indecisive. "How? Nobody can see the pool area from the lake, and we'll hear the boat come back. They're going to be gone for at least an hour," Jeffrey said. "Besides, they probably expect us to skinny dip," Sammy added. Aiden stood for a moment longer until he realized he was behaving just like Gordy. He wanted to do something naughty, but was afraid to go all the way. It wasn't like he hadn't skinny dipped with Jeffrey and Sammy before. He jerked off his swimsuit and jumped into the water before he could change his mind. "Dudes, it would be so cool if we could have some girls here with us," Sammy said. "Girls?" Jeffrey and Aiden asked in unison. "Yeah, you know, females. I wonder what it would be like to make-out with one in a swimming pool." "Naked girls?" Aiden asked. "Duh! You know, for a little kid you're really cool, but sometimes you act like you're nine years old or something." Aiden used his right hand to splash water in Sammy's face. "I AM nine years old...well, almost ten." Sammy reacted to the splashing by quickly dunking the smaller boy. Jeffrey joined the fray, and the three naked boys were quickly grabbing cocks and balls and asses. Sammy was hard almost instantly—Jeffrey became erect right after his brother. Aiden remained flaccid, but he loved sliding along the two wet adolescents, especially when he touched their boners. After about twenty minutes of wrestling, dunking, groping, splashing, slipping and sliding, along with grabbing ass and dicks and balls, Sammy said he had an announcement to make. "I am totally horny," he proclaimed. "Duh...so that's why you had a boner," Jeffrey said with a tinge of sarcasm. Sammy pulled himself up onto the patio and sat down at the edge of the pool, his legs dangling in the water, his four and a quarter inches of pubescent boyhood pointing to his smooth, hard belly. "Who wants to give me a blow job?" Sammy begged. Aiden, who did not have an erection, stared at the temptation in front of him. Jeffrey, who did have an erection, did the same. Neither of them moved. "Somebody better move fast. It's cold outside of the water and I'm about to lose my hard-on." "Then you can't be totally horny," Jeffrey observed, "or you wouldn't be losing it." "Shut up. You used to be a really cool big brother," Sammy groused. He looked down at Aiden. "Come on and blow me," he told the nine-year-old. "I've sucked you off, you can suck me off." Aiden knew they didn't have much time alone at the pool before the boat with their parents returned. He shook his head. "That's okay, not this time. Maybe some other time." "Dude, don't be a little pussy." "I'm not a pussy. I just don't want to do it today," Aiden retorted with a hint of anger. While the prepubescent boy often thought about sucking dicks and liked having a dick in his mouth, he wasn't yet driven to follow that path. Besides, he didn't like Sammy's attitude. Like Sammy, Aiden's cousin Chase was twelve and perpetually horny. But for Aiden there was something special about messing around with his cousin, a feeling he didn't get with Sammy. That wasn't to say Aiden wouldn't mess around with Sammy at some future time, but at that moment he didn't feel like it. The situation right then didn't feel right to him. "Damn, I know you've sucked cock," Sammy persisted as he started jerking himself off. "You got me all horny wrestling naked with me, now you got to dehorn me." "Shut the fuck up, Sammy," Jeffrey scolded his younger brother. "You know that's not how we treat people. If Aiden says he doesn't want to do it, then he doesn't want to do it. No argument." Sammy glared at his big brother for a moment, then relaxed. "Yeah, you're right bro. I'm so horny I got carried away." He looked at Aiden who was obviously upset. "You're not a pussy. Hurricane was right—I was wrong. You don't have to do anything with me you don't want." "Maybe some other time," Aiden said quietly. "Are you mad at me?" The young boy's voice remained quiet, barely audible over the background noises of the lake and the outdoors. Sammy patted the spot to the left of him on the deck, inviting Aiden to get out of the pool and sit next to him. The younger boy pulled himself out of the pool and sat next to the seventh grader. The older boy put his arm around the wet, naked boy. "You never have to do anything. I'm sorry if I made you think so." His boner had drooped to a semi. "Now, if my big brother wants to take my monster into his mouth, that's a whole different story," Sammy laughed. Jeffrey took the challenge and swam up to the edge, positioning himself between Sammy's legs. The fifteen-year-old put his lips around Sammy's half-hard cock, which became hard again in an instant. Aiden looked on, somewhat awestruck by the incestuous scene playing out in front of him. "Ohhh, fuck yeah," Sammy moaned as his older brother bobbed his head along the four plus inch shaft. "You suck cock really good, Hurricane. Fuck, yeah, you're the best." Aiden looked down at his own hairless cocklet and saw that it had somehow grown hard without his knowledge. He shivered a little from the cold, but Sammy's arm was still around him and the spring sun was out, which helped to warm him up. "Shit, I'm gonna cum," Sammy moaned. "Already?" Aiden asked. "When I say I'm totally horny, it means I'm totally horny. Wrestling around in the pool with two naked boys turned me on—though not like two naked girls would." He then shut his mouth, leaned back some, pulling Aiden back with him, and let out a loud groan as he shoved his cock up into Hurricane Jeffrey's mouth. "Shit, here it comes!!!" Sammy let go of Aiden's shoulder as his body shook with the pleasures of an adolescent orgasm. Aiden watched as Sammy gave Jeffrey's mouth three quick thrusts and shot his load down his brother's throat. He was disappointed that he couldn't see the twelve-year-old shoot out his sperms. He watched Jeffrey climb out of the pool, his six-inch cock rock hard. The young teen sat on Aiden's left side and placed his right arm around him. He started stroking his thick teen cock with his left hand. Aiden was tempted to help, but after having turned down Sammy, he decided it would be better if he just watched. He didn't have to look for long—Jeffrey had his orgasm within a couple of minutes of leaving the pool. The teen grunted, shook, and then shot his white, creamy cum into the air. Some of it shot into the pool, some of it landed on the deck in front of him, and the rest ended up in his small patch of curly pubic hairs or on his cock and balls. "Well, it wasn't the greatest cum ever," Jeffrey said as he got his breath back. "Too chilly for a good cum, but two hot boys next to me helped to warm things up." Aiden glanced over at Sammy, who had watched his brother successfully masturbate. "Are you mad at me?" he asked Sammy. "You already asked me that. I told you what I thought." "But, you never said you weren't mad at me." "Okay, I'm not mad at you." Sammy was a bit perturbed that Aiden hadn't figured out the answer to the question for himself. It was then that they heard the boat returning to the dock. The three boys gathered up their swimming trunks, but didn't bother putting them on. Instead they scooted into the basement to take a warm shower and get dressed. They knew that nobody would question their being naked in the shower. As soon as the boys cleared out of the basement, the adults, who had done some waterskiing, took over the shower. Before long the propane grill was going on the deck, the food was being spread across the kitchen table, and the hungry crew was busily eating. The knowing looks and giggles of the three boys did not go unnoticed by Phil and Larry, who'd shared similar looks and giggles in their boyhood. Sammy and Jeffrey's mom and dad were not quite as aware of the significance, although George Bednarzyk had enjoyed a few boy sex moments during his boyhood. That night, Larry did the tucking honors. "Did you have a good day?" he asked his son. "It was a great day. Did you have a good day?" "I did. Any day with you in it has to be a good day." Aiden beamed. But his smile turned into a bit of frown. "Daddy, can I ask you something?" "You know you can ask me anything at any time. Ask away." "Is it okay to say no sometimes? Even to somebody you like?" Although Aiden didn't say so, Larry suspected his son's question had to do with a sexual situation. "It's always okay to say no. Always." "Even if it makes somebody mad?" "Yep, even if it makes somebody mad." Aiden wrapped his arms around his daddy's neck. "I love you, daddy." "I love you, son. Always and forever." After Larry closed the door, Aiden thought about Sammy and what had happened between them at the pool. He thought about Sammy never answering his question about being angry. After some serious thinking, he remembered Sammy saying he was sorry and decided Sammy wasn't mad at him. He opened the top desk drawer and pulled out his bottle of lotion. Pulling back the covers, he exposed his naked body. He lubed up his two inches of boyhood. The events of the day had made him feel horny. It's just like a big boy must feel, he thought. He started masturbating, thinking about placing his lips around Sammy and then Jeffrey's big cocks. He knew he'd done the right thing that afternoon by saying no, but that didn't mean that he would never say yes. Next: June
