After what was a two week voyage to the top of Australia the sub stops

at a sub base to see if there is anything there to take. John and

Gerry arm up with side arms and automatic rifles. "Go and look over there

As the boys walked around the abandoned base the subs guns were

Around the base was old boxes that were opened and empty. In a

pile close to the waters edge was a small skeleton of a child and it

was stuffed in the box.

"Hey stop where you are and drop your guns." A teen boy yelled out.

John did a quick turn around seeing a boy about 13 years old naked

and in rough looking appearance. "Hey look we are on the good side

we are just here looking for any items w could us on our sub.'

John replied a he pointed to the grey sub. The boy stops and grabs the

small bag around his neck and pulled out a pair of dark glasses and

put them on. "Fuck its a sub." David said as he take a long look at the

sub close by in the dock.

"Can you put the gun down so we can talk, we have some fresh food

we can give you to eat and some cold water to drink." Gerry yelled

out as he quickly had a boy grab some food and a bottle of cold

water and bring it up to the naked boy.

`bring it to me here and I will drop the gun." David replied. So after

a minute David was handed a tray with a water bottle and a slice of

bread with some salad in it. David has never seen bread before but

touched it with his tongue and put the gun down.

"Eat it as its tasty." Gerry said as he went for the gun and removed it.

David knew he was going to lose the gun but knew it was not loaded

as he could not find any bullets for it. "He's unarmed as its not loaded."

Gerry said as he checked the gun.

David was so happy to taste the fresh food but the cold water was too

cold for David but he slowly drank it. "O what's your name and are

you alone here?" John said to David. "Name, don't have one.

I can't remember, oh yes, I do, my name is David I think." David

remarked. He has been on his own for two years on the base and has

had no one to talk to until today.

Are you on your own here?" Gerry asked David. "Yes just me."

David replied. "Do you want to leave this place and live in an

another country David?" John questioned David. "Oh you mean

travel out from here, OK we can do that." David said as he moves

towards John

A few security guards move close to John but he moves his hand back

allowing David to move close to him. "WE will leave soon in my sub,

its way big and you can wash up so do you want to take anything

with you" John asked David.

"No just me and my body, nothing but shit here," David giggled.

So all the ships crew who were on the ground returned with a

few large wooden boxes and helped David down the conning tower to

the first aid office and was checked up,. It was seen that David is

cut and has small balls.

"We have a bed for you and some clothes as it does get a bit

cold in the sub and we have hot showers so we will give you

some time to settle down." Gerry said to David as a crew

member took David to the shower room.

David was a bit slow due to being on his own for some years

but will make a full recovery in a few months time..

"Right set sail for home as we have a few weeks travel back

to Canada." John said as he looks into his periscope seeing

The tip of the east coast behind him. Onwards bound for home.

A long trip home was not with any faults. A few fuse boxes were

fixed as they blew up. A toaster had to be replaced as it burned

out after long use and a few motor parts were also replaced

as they decided to stop working. That took the sub an extra

few day travel as the sub had to surface and not move until the

parts were removed and fixed.

"Its only a few hours before we arrive to port so make sure all

the boys are told to pack their bags and get ready to deship the

sub." Gerry said as he made contact to the base. The subs crew were

ready to leave the sub and a few boys will not be able to return as

they are now over the age of 16 years old and were told they were

almost men now.

John knew he will be sad seeing the older boys moving on to the

Northern area of Canada. He has only around five years left to

work on the sub before he too will be asked to leave the city.

"Wow, this is one hell of an arrival here Gerry." John said as he

sees a lot of boys waving flags and cheering as the sub made its

way into the pen. The base commander was ready to salute the

sub into the pen.

"I am ready to sleep in my own bed for a month and eat some

good food," Gerry announced as the ships crew began to disembark.

"I want to fuck all the time we are in base as I have been set back

10 times dealing with annoying shitheads." John said as the ships

security guards remove the boy who raped Steve.

As everyone left a work detail arrived and began to clean the sub

from the back to the front of the sub. It will take the cleaners

a good week to wipe down the whole sub.
