Red Kryptonite

Lana Lang experiences the affects of red kryptonite.

	Lana Lang awoke from her late night at the Luthor Mansion a bit
unsure of what had happened.  Her head was pounding and all she could
remember was the drinking she had done after fighting with her ex-boyfriend
Clark.  Things had not ended well between them and now she was dating a man
he hated.
	Lex Luthor was the opposite of Clark in nearly everyway and Lana
found that refreshing, little did she know what he had been doing without

	After waking up and showering Lana walked around the mansion for a

around for nearly an hour until she stumbled upon a secret door inside one
of the bed rooms.

      The lights now glowed brightly and displayed a descending staircase.
Lana advanced down them not really sure what she would find.  All she knew
what that right in front of her was another door.
      When she reached the door Lana expected it to be locked.  Thankfully
it wasn't.  Lana pulled opened the door and made her way inside.
      Inside this room was a great deal of materials.  There were stacks of
books on one side and various old artifacts on the other.  Right in front
of Lana was a huge wall plastered with images and articles related to the
so-called meteor freaks of Smallville.  At the center of this wall was the
image of Clark Kent.  It appeared that Lex believed Clark was more than

at this sight made Lana surprised that he wasn't dead.
	Next to the car were several rock samples of various shapes, sizes,
and color.  The most interesting sample was a red one which was enclosed in
a locket.  Perhaps Lex was doing a few experiments with the glowing rock.
That wouldn't be too surprising considering the allegations against Lex in
the past.  Lana picketed up the locket and what as it began to glow
brightly.

	A few hours later Lana awoke on the floor in Lex's library.  The
