 The Dirty Bookstore

Chapter Five

By: Kewl Dad

Andy

It was a beautiful summer day, the birds were singing, the sun was shining, and Joel felt as if he didn't have a care in the world. He was excited at the prospect of Rick coming to have lunch, and of going to his house later that evening for some more fun. This was a far cry from clandestine meetings at the bookstore, though he had to admit he did miss that just a little.

Hooking up with one guy was safer though, Joel certainly understood that, and if he had to admit it, he was actually starting to crush on Rick big time. Could this lead to a real relationship? he wondered. It wouldn't be easy, especially since he'd be going to college in the fall, but if they did fall in love, which was a stretch, Joel believed they could find a way to make it work.

But on the other hand, maybe this was just a fling, an infatuation, and when he went away in the fall, as they say, 'well it was fun while it lasted', then go their separate ways. Either way, he wasn't going to deny himself the pleasure Rick offered, even if it was only temporary.

The door opened then, and as he looked up to greet a new customer he got the shock of his life when Andy's beaming smile met his.

"Hey," the boy said waving almost comically.

"Hey, what's up?" Joel said happily.

"I remembered where you worked," the boy said taking a seat on one of the swivel stools at the counter, "I...I lost your number, I'm sorry..."

"Hey, no problem. I thought about calling you but I remembered you said to wait for you to call. When you didn't I just figured you were busy or something," Joel said, not wanting to make a big deal of it.

"Can I have it again, your number?" the boy said, as if that was his top priority at the moment.

"Well, sure," Joel said pulling an order pad out of his apron pocket and carefully writing down his number, and his address this time.

Suddenly several people entered and Joel was busy for a while taking care of them, but once they had their food he returned to Andy.

"So, are you hungry? How about a burger and fries and a milkshake? My treat."

"Well, okay," Andy said almost shyly, "but I don't wanna be a mooch all the time."

"Hey, we're friends, right? You're not a mooch."

"Okay, thanks," the boy said beaming, "so...what time do you get off?"

"Four," Joel said, then he suddenly remembered his lunch date with Rick. Looking at the big clock on the wall behind him, he saw it was almost two o'clock and he figured that Rick would be there any moment now.

"Cool, if I hang around maybe we could like do something, if you're not doing anything," he said blushing.

"Yeah, maybe. I have plans later, but I could hang out for awhile," Joel said, trying to figure out the logistics of juggling Rick and Andy all in one day.

"Cool."

"Okay, let me grab your food, then we can talk some more. I need to tell you something..." Joel said.

Andy looked at him curiously, perhaps a little worried about what Joel might have to say, but all in all he felt good about things. After all, Joel had seemed glad to see him and gave him his phone number, and even his address.

Joel had just placed Andy's food in front of him when the door opened and in walked Rick.

"Hey, Rick," Joel said, using Rick's name on purpose.

"Hi, Joel," Rick said winking at the younger boy.

Andy looked up to see who Joel was talking too, then looked back at Joel, as if he wanted some explanation as to who this guy was and why Joel knew him.

"Have a seat," Joel said cheerfully, "what can I get ya?"

"What he has looks good," Rick said glancing Andy's way. At first he seemed to be focused only on his food, but after a few seconds his eyes darted to the young teen in what Joel thought was an appraising look.

Suddenly Joel thought about Rick's choice of words, 'what he had looks good', and he wondered if the food was all Rick was talking about. After all, Andy was cute, he'd thought so himself, but he was only 15, and Rick was 21, surely he wasn't interested in him that way.

"Be right back," Joel said as he placed the order, wrote down the items on a ticket and stuck it in the cash drawer, just as he had with Andy's order. Come payday, the amount, less 50% would be deducted from his pay and he'd be square with the restaurant.

When he returned, he started wiping the counter down again, "I guess I should introduce you two," he said nervously, "Andy, this is Rick. Rick, this is Andy."

"Oh, so you know each other," Rick said offering a hand to the younger boy, who took it solemnly and shook it gently.

"Yeah, we sorta met by accident," Rick said, not really wanting to explain the whole situation, however, Andy didn't seem to have any reservations about full disclosure.

"I was hitchin'," the boy said, causing Joel's heart to sink a bit. What must Rick think to know he'd picked the boy up that way, and what must he be thinking about Joel's intentions?

"You know, young kid out late at night, I was worried about him, so I offered him a ride," Joel quickly added, "we wound up grabbing burgers and hanging out at the river."

"Ah, cool," Rick said giving both of them a look that said he thought there might be more, "It's good for a guy to have an older, brother-type-friend, right?" he said, the last addressed to Andy.

"Yeah, he's cool," Andy said, completely comfortable with his and Joel's friendship.

"Hey, maybe the three of us could hang out sometime," Rick offered, looking at Joel for his reaction.

"Yeah, that would be cool," Andy said excitedly before Joel could speak.

Even though Joel didn't think it was such a great idea, he wasn't about to squash Andy's enthusiasm at the prospect of making another friend. He could always find ways to make sure it never happened again, if he decided it wasn't in their best interest.

"How about after you get off work?" Andy said excitedly, "You said we could hang out," he added, addressing Joel, then to Rick, "are you going to be doing anything at 4, when Joel gets off?"

"Nah, not really," Rick said, giving Joel a wink, "I have plans later, but I got some time to kill."

"Cool, what do you think, Joel, is that a good idea?" Andy almost begged.

No, it isn't, he thought, but he wasn't about to kill the fun for his new little friend. Besides, what harm could it do? They'd drive around, hang out, maybe go to the river, then he'd take Andy home, go home and shower and change, then go to Rick's for the main event.

"Okay, fine by me," he said, then Rick's order was up and Joel was busy with that for a few moments.

Joel got busy again, and while his two newest friends chatted and ate their free meals, he took care of business while trying to keep an eye on them. He knew it was silly, even if Rick did find Andy attractive, and even if he did like younger boys, he certainly wouldn't try anything here in front of other people, not to mention in front of him.

Despite it usually being slow that time of day, Joel kept almost constantly busy while the two finished their food, lingering to talk some more until Joel was finally free.

"Whew, that last rush was insane," Joel said, finally resting a moment, leaning on the counter across from the two.

"Business is good, but I can see why. The food is great, and the help is outstanding," Rick said giving Joel a smile, then daring to reach over and lay his hand atop Joel's.

Joel's first impulse was to pull away, but he didn't want to appear rude. He looked around quickly, but there didn't seem to be anyone paying attention, that is, except the boy next to Rick.

Andy's eyes had gone to their hands as soon as he'd seen Rick make his move, and he was staring at them as if they were the most interesting thing on earth. Then suddenly the boy's head came up and he locked eyes with Joel and smiled. Then looking away he seemed to be trying to think of something appropriate to say.

"So...how long have you guys been friends?" he asked after what seemed like an hour of deliberation.

Rick laughed, "Not long, but we hit it off right away, just like you two," he said removing his hand from Joel's and patting the boy beside him on the shoulder.

Fortunately, Rick hadn't let his hand linger, otherwise Joel might have been a bit concerned. He tried to convince himself that he really wasn't worried, and that he could control the situation, even keep them apart if required, but he still felt uneasy about Rick's behavior.

"So, what's the plan?" Rick said after a few minutes, "I'm on my bike and I really don't wanna leave it here, so how about I ride it home and you come by and pick me up?"

"That works," Joel said quickly, that way he could control things better, and maybe even talk to Andy in the meantime and sort of...sort of...what? Warn him that Rick wanted in his pants? Wasn't that what Andy had suggested Joel wanted? And...what's more, he'd suggested that he might be willing. What if Andy was willing for Rick to get into his pants as well? Well, it wasn't gonna happen when he was around, and though he wasn't sure exactly what he was going to say to Andy yet, he'd find a way to make sure he was safe.

Despite Joel's misgivings about it, Andy insisted on following Rick out to his bike to check it out, and Joel was on pins and needles the whole time he was gone. He'd feared that Rick might offer the boy a ride, and who knew what might happen then? However, Andy soon returned, all smiles as he took his place on his stool again.

"Want a refill on that Coke while I finish up here?" Joel said, relieved to see the boy back.

"Can I have Sprite instead?"

"Sure, Sprite it is."

At four o'clock, Andy punched out, threw his dirty apron in the hamper and came out to find Andy looking at the selections on the jukebox.

"Ready to rock n' roll?" Joel joked.

"Huh, oh...funny," Andy chuckled, "are we going to get Rick now?"

"If you want, or we can ditch him," Joel teased.

"Hmm, tempting," Andy said rubbing his chin, "It would be nice to have you all to myself, but Rick seems cool too."

"I was kidding, I wouldn't do that to him, it wouldn't be right."

"Yeah, so...are you two like...boyfriends or something?" Andy asked, surprising Joel almost to the point of panic.

"Why would you ask that?" Joel said in a hushed tone, even though they were outside now and no one was nearby.

Andy shrugged, "I dunno, he just seemed like he like touching you and stuff."

"That's just how he is. He touched you too," Joel said, then wished he'd kept that thought to himself.

"Yeah, I think he likes me."

They were in the car now, and Joel paused before putting the key in the ignition, "But in a good way, right?"

"I dunno, I mean, yeah. It's not bad, just like you like me, I guess. But...I think he'd like to get in my  pants, even if you don't."

Joel laid his head on the steering wheel and sighed, "Every guy doesn't want to get in your pants," he said wearily, "why do you keep thinking that? You thought that about me, and now about Rick. Has someone been doing that to you?"

Andy looked sad then, and Joel was afraid he'd gone to far, and been too harsh, "Can you take me home," the boy said in a small voice that quivered as if he might start crying at any moment.

"Well, sure," Joel said gently, "if that's what you really want, but why?"

"Cause you think I'm bad," he pouted.

"Oh, no, no, no, not at all. I think you're very good, a good kid. I just don't want you to get hurt, that's all," Joel said softly, reaching over to gently pat the boy's leg.

"You think Rick wants to hurt me?" the boy asked, giving Joel a sideways glance."

"No, not really. It's complicated..." Joel said, realizing he didn't really know what he was trying to say for sure.

"So, I'm safe with you and I'm safe with Rick. How will I get hurt?"

"I don't know. I just meant..." Joel sighed, "nothing, really, nothing. I just remember when I was your age...always horny and eager to do things..."

Andy laughed, "Yeah, that's me. I must beat off six times a day."

Joel blushed, but it was kind of exciting to hear about Andy's self-pleasure. He squirmed a little, his pants suddenly more full than a few seconds before.

"That's perfectly normal. Some day you'll find a girl you like,, and who likes you, and maybe she can help you out there..."

Andy gave Joel that sideways glance again, only this time his eyes were full of disdain, "I don't like girls all that much."

Joel started the car, then sat there for a moment, deep in thought.

"Okay," Joel said, "me either." And with that he backed out of his parking space and headed toward the street.

"I thought so," Andy said once they were on the main street, "but you think I'm too young, right?"

"A little," Joel agreed, "especially for someone Rick's age."

"Oh, so that's it?" Andy said shaking his head, "You're afraid I'll let him get in my pants?"

Joel took his eyes off the road for a moment, stared at the boy and frowned, "Would you?"

Andy shrugged, "I dunno, if he was nice about it."

Joel sighed, "Am I gonna have to keep you two apart for your own good?"

"How can you?" Andy smirked, "I mean, he has that motorcycle and he promised to take me for a ride..."

"I guess I couldn't," Joel said sadly, feeling defeated and sick at his stomach.

Andy noticed his hangdog look immediately and laid a  hand on his leg, "But...I wouldn't do anything to make you mad or upset. You were my friend first."

"Thanks," Joel said, accepting that for now, and hoping more wasn't needed later.

"So, you don't have to take me home, okay? We can hang out with Rick, and then you can take me home and go to his house and do whatever it was you guys were gonna do," he chuckled.

"Who says we were gonna do anything?" Joel asked with surprise.

"I'm not stupid. I figured it out. Am I right?"

"Maybe," Joel said softly, "but we're adults, both of us. We can do what we want."

"Cool," Andy said smugly, "I knew it."

Joel reached over and gave the boy a playful shove, "Mr. Smarty Pants, you don't know everything."

"I bet I know what you guys do when you're alone. I bet you suck dicks and fuck," he sassed.

"Wrong, we do not fuck."

"How come, don't you like that?"

"I don't know, because I have never done it," Joel replied honestly.

"Oh, I thought all gay guys did that."

"Not all, most, I guess. I might want to someday, but just not now."

"Okay," Andy said looking thoughtful, "I bet it's like fucking a pussy, which I have done. So...I wouldn't mind doing it, but I'm not sure I'd want anyone to do it to me."

"Then don't," Joel said firmly, "Keep your virginity that way and just be on top."

"I dunno, someday..."

"Can we change the subject? I'm getting a boner," Joel laughed.

"Oh, yeah?" Andy said, then he attacked Joel, grabbing at his crotch to see for himself.

Joel finally managed to fend him off without wrecking the car, but he was laughing as he did so.

"Dang, you weren't kidding. It feels big. Is Rick's that big?"

"Bigger," Joel said, the words slipping out before he could stop himself.

Andy laughed, "So...you have seen it."

"Didn't say I hadn't."

"Now, I'm hard," Andy said, suddenly grabbing Joel's hand, which had been resting on the seat beside him, and pulling it to his crotch.

Even though he pulled away fast, there was no denying what he'd felt in the split second his hand made contact with the tent in Andy's cutoffs.

"Stop," Joel scolded, "keep your boner to yourself."

"How big is it?"

"What?"

"Your boner...and Rick's?"

"Oh, I don't know, 6 or 7."

"Wow, that's big," Andy said whistling, "I'm only 4."

"Nice," Joel said before he could stop himself, "I mean, for a kid your age, that's not bad."

"Yeah, think so? You wanna see it?"

"NO!" Joel said quickly, looking over to make sure Andy wasn't going to unzip and do a reveal.

Andy laughed, "Got ya, I was just foolin',"

"Asshole," Joel snorted.

"You say you want to see my asshole?" Andy teased, "nope, can't show ya that."

Joel just shook his head, "Are you always this way, always talking about sex?"

"Most of the time. I'm 15, after all, what else is there to think about?"

"Well, since you eliminated girls, I guess that does narrow it down quite a bit."

"I think about dicks, mostly," Andy offered, "and balls. That's what I think about when I jack off."

"Wow, that's just too much to think about," Joel laughed.

"So, what did you think about when you were my age, girls?"

"Nope, never. I thought of the opposite, a lot."

"You did? Did you do stuff with your friends?"

Joel hesitated, should he be honest or blow Andy off? No pun intended.

"Yeah, a few," he finally confessed.

"Yeah, me too," Andy said, causing Joel to steal a glance at him, "boys in the complex, boys at school..."

"Well...that's good, I guess..."

"Pretty good, but they're not like me. They like girls mostly. They just like getting their dick sucked, and they'd fuck me if I let them, but I don't do that."

"Users, yeah...I had a few friends like that when I was growing up, but I didn't care, a dick was a dick."

"Yeah, that's what I think too," Andy said nodding, "only sometimes I wish we could do more, you know? like kiss and stuff."

Joel turned and smiled at Andy then, "Yeah, that's nice. I was lucky, I had a couple friends who went for that too, and snuggling, that was fun too."

"What? No way. I'm jealous," Andy pouted, "closest I ever got to that was when my friend Dominick was asleep and I hugged him till he woke up and pushed me off of him."

"Asshole, him, not you," Joel said, "I bet you're a good snuggler."

"I am, you should try me sometime," Andy laughed.

"Sure, no harm in that. As long as we keep our clothes on," Joel teased.

"That's no fun," Andy frowned, "Just once I'd like to feel a naked body against mine."

"I know the feeling," Joel assured him, "it's not all about sex, it's about intimacy too."

"I guess, if you mean hugging and kissing and stuff like that."

"Yes, that's what intimacy is. It's more than just sex."

"Yeah, well...fat chance of getting that anytime soon," Andy said staring out the window now, "hey, you're not taking me home, are you?" he said once he noticed where they were.

"Nah, Rick lives over here," Joel assured him, "not far from you," he added, thinking of the implication of that, and not liking that at all.

"Oh, cool, in an apartment?"

"No, a house. His grandparents left it to him. I guess they died, but he hasn't told me what happened."

"Oh, my grandparents live in Texas, the only ones I got," Andy said glancing out the window again, "are we close?"

"Yep, next street, then down a bit..."

Rick was sitting on the front step waiting for the two when they pulled into the drive, but he waited till they were parked before heading their way.

Andy offered to climb in the back and give Rick the front seat, but since the front seat was a wide bench seat, Rick suggested Andy scoot over to the middle and ride up front with them.

Joel wasn't sure how he felt about that, but he had to admit it was kinda nice to have Andy pressed against him on that side. Now that Andy was so close he could smell his fragrant teen scent too, musk mixed with soap and shampoo and almost spicy aroma that was very pleasant to the senses.

"So, what did you two do, take the long way?" Rick chuckled.

"We had to have a talk first," Andy said, causing Joel to quickly look his way.

"Oh, what about, me?" Rick chuckled.

"Kinda," Andy said, "Just setting some things straight about our friendship and stuff."

"What he means is: I just explained how we met and all, and told him we were all new at being friends and stuff," Joel added quickly.

"And to warn the kid about me," Rick chuckled, "It's okay, I get it. Andy is your friend."

"I can be your friend too," Andy said giving Rick a smile.

"Oh, I'm really confused now," Rick said, "are we talking about the same kind of friends?"

"Rick, it's not like that," Joel said firmly.

"Oh, okay, no problem. I'm cool with whatever."

"Where should we go?" Andy said then, ready to move on.

"Have you ever been to Chandler Park?" Rick said then.

"Nope, can we go there?"

"Sure," Joel said, relieved the conversation about 'friends' was over, "there are some cool rock formations there and trails..."

"So, when can I ride on your motorcycle?" Andy asked as he struck up a conversation with Rick.

"We'll figure out something, okay? If it's okay with Joel," Rick said, eying Joel for his response.

"I'm not his boss," Joel scowled.

"I just meant, he's your friend and you're watching out for him. You know, making sure it's safe and all," Rick smirked.

Suddenly, Joel didn't like Rick nearly as much as he had before. Why was he being such an ass about this?

"That's what friends do," Joel said, trying to keep his voice level.

"Hey, you two, don't fight," Andy said quickly, laying a hand on both of their shoulders and squeezing gently, "no one is gonna get hurt."

"Sorry, little buddy," Rick said grinning, "Sorry, Joel, didn't mean to be an ass."

"Me too, I mean, I'm sorry," Joel said relaxing a little.

The trip to the park was uneventful, and once they'd arrived Andy took charge, leading the two on adventure after adventure. Finally, exhausted and in need of a piss, Joel drove them to the bathrooms and parked in front. He was conflicted at this point, did he want them all to go at once, or one by one? He certainly didn't want Rick and Andy going in alone, so he finally decided it was best for all three to go at once.

Inside, there was a single stall with a toilet and a long metal trough that served as a urinal. Joel knew the layout, and immediately took a spot in the middle so Andy and Rick would be forced to take opposite sides.

However, Rick surprised Joel by heading to the stall instead. Not knowing how to read that, Joel concentrated on fishing his semi-erect cock out and getting a stream going.

Suddenly he felt eyes on him, or more accurately, on his penis, and he looked over to see Andy staring unashamedly at it. His own cock was out as well, and Joel couldn't resist the urge to give it a look.

Though soft now, Joel could envision it swelling to the 4 inches Andy had claimed, and he had to smile. It was perfectly shaped, loosely circumcised, with a pink mushroom shaped head, while the shaft was a few shades darker, matching his overall skin tone.

"It is big," Andy whispered, as if he were afraid to let Rick overhear him.

"Thanks, yours is nice too," Joel assured the boy, then looking away he concentrated on draining his bladder before he grew fully erect and was unable to do so.

Shaking off the last few drops, he stowed his equipment, but noticed Andy seemed to be having trouble finishing.

"Damn thing, gets hard all the time and I can't pee now."

Joel laughed, "Yeah, I know the feeling. I'll wash up and wait outside, maybe it will go down and you can finish."

Joel washed his hands, and about that time Rick emerged from the stall and joined him at the sink. Without a word, Rick washed up and headed to the door, ignoring both Joel and Andy.

Joel shook his head, then followed Rick out the door, where he found him leaning against the building, staring out at the nearby woods.

"What's wrong?" Joel asked softly.

"Nothing is wrong, why would you ask?" Rick huffed, indicating that something was indeed wrong.

"You act pissed."

"Do I? Sorry, I'm not."

"Okay, hey...we're still on for tonight, right?"

"Sure," Rick said, pushing away from the building and seeming to relax some.

Andy emerged about then, and nothing more was said as they piled in the car and Joel steered them toward the main road.

"Did you finally get it all out?" Joel chuckled.

"Every drop, thanks. I just couldn't do it at first."

"Pee boner?" Rick chuckled.

"Yeah, afternoon wood," Andy laughed at his own wit.

"Morning, noon, and night wood can hit you any time."

"That's for sure," Andy giggled.

They stopped for ice cream, but eventually Joel insisted it was time to take Andy home so he could go home and take a shower. Rick didn't weigh in on the argument either way, but he was actually glad Andy gave in so easily. The quicker they got rid of him, the quicker he could get Joel alone at his house and have some fun.
